Tim Bradford, Attorney-at-Law, is a West Virginia lawyer with a passion for people.
Tim Bradford is firmly rooted in the history of his home state. Growing up in the coal fields of Southern West Virginia, he developed a sense for what is right that is running as deep as the coal seams, and a passion to stand up for his beliefs. He still has his boots and miner’s helmet, and he strongly believes in safety at the coal industry workplace.
Standing at the head of the table on which the West Virginia constitution is said to have been signed, Tim Bradford presented cases to the West Virginia Supreme Court early on in his career. Always mindful on the history and traditions of the court, he honed his legal skills as a Kanawha County Public Defender. Handling cases from shoplifting to murder, Tim Bradford learned to think quickly on his feet. His spiritually and emotionally impoverished defendants were often in single parent homes, an aspect that has great influence on how he handles divorce cases today.
The experience of handling personal injury and employment cases at another law firm provided the foundation to start his practice in 2002. At his firm, he practices law with knowledge and competence – recognized by his peers and appreciated by his clients.
