Therapy With A Twist!
I own and operate Brady Mental Health & Wellness. I am licensed in the state of Maryland as a Professional Counselor. I work with adolescents and adults dealing with relational issues (breakups, unhealthy attachments etc), social struggles, trouble adjusting to changes or life events, stress management, depression, anxiety, self-care, setting boundaries, addictions or loving someone that is addicted, post partum depression, as well as other areas of concern. I am particularly passionate about helping adolescent girls and women to find their voice in this often noisy world.
I would describe my "counseling style" as real and down to earth. I treat counseling sessions the same as I treat any other conversation in my life. I believe in the counseling relationship and building that is the cornerstone for success. I am laid back and nurturing, yet direct and genuine at the same time. I would not consider myself to be a traditional therapist at all...more like, therapy with a twist :)
