Looking for a new barber shop since mine closed down. Stopped in here and learned it was by appointment only. Alberto ,who was great, said I could come back at 3:30 but his 3 pm didn't show up so he said he'd take me right away. He did a super job even shaving around my ears and back of my neck. I was very pleased and then he told me he discounted seniors and veterans. This will be my new barber shop. They take cash only but that's not a problem. Thank you Alberto for helping me out as I had two weddings to attend this weekend and I went in looking like a shaggy dog and left looking like a million dollars.Service: Haircut

Been trying to get my haircut and beard done here for quite awhile and try to call and no one picks up the phone every single time I call. That shows horrible customer service and I been in customer service for over 15 years and this is disrespectful to a customer.

Alberto opened a new Barber shop in Merrimack from his old location Barbers Tool Shed. Big difference he owns this operation. He is passionate and sincere about what he does and provides great value. Congrats Alberto and many years of success.

I have been going to bradys for about 3 months now and there has not been one time where I left there disappointed. I go to see Alberto and I am always more than pleased with how it comes out. Great job
