My son had a wonderful time he has autism disability nonverbal so I was surprised that he was quiet and interested in more books. The staff was great the stat was patient with him. And the library helped me with a lot of things for his disability.

The staff here is lovely, they have a great selection, the building is always clean, and it feels safe here. The new "free" cart in the entryway is especially awesome!

Excellent. The Employees were super helpful & very curtious. I Got my Taxes Done Today 2-10-23 for Free by Volunteers there from a place called the "Later, ".

Beautifully laid out library with friendly, helpful staff. Very family oriented with a large play area for kids.

Computers are always available. Staff is friendly and available to help. Clean areas and plenty of seats for studying.

My 3yo LOVES to come here to play. It's nicely organized too.

Really nice building! The app makes it very easy to order materials from other libraries and have them shipped here. The hours vary by the day of the week, which is nice because you can come by in the evenings some of the days.

Very helpful staff, they make sure that you're wearing your mask over your nose! I was able to order two books from the Harold Washington library and have them deliver to the Brighton Park library for my pick up there. Nice and convenient. There's a large children's section, also a large nonfiction section. It seems the fiction section is up to snuff also. All in all four and a half out of five stars.

Nice, clean, staff is pleasant. Security officer pleasant but your face mask needs to be On covering nose and mouth. If  not he will let you know.
