Absolutely love this store, I've been going here since the late 80s!!! They always have what your looking for and they never fail to deliver! I'm sure they can probably order things that your not able to find otherwise as well! But they carry everything from clothing to tactical gear, and hiking gear to military items needed for joining any service! Find that loved one a wonderful birthday or Christmas present here, any time of the year! God Bless everyone!!!!

I absolutely love this store !!! But the smell of mildew makes it hard to buy anything. I walked around for ten mins tops and you could smell it in my clothes the rest of the day. If they could combat this issue there sales would have to go way up.

We stop in at least once a month. Always interested in boxes and vintage gear. They never disappoint.

This place has a wide selection and I’d say average prices as far as I’ve seen on the type of items they sell…. However the biggest issue in this store is a serious health hazard… upon entering a wave of heavy musk hits your nose. I walked around about 2 minutes before noticing hives appearing on my body I am allergic to mold I had to run to my car and grab Benadryl… mind you I touched NOTHING there are enough spurs in the air to trigger reaction. As a mom I’d say for the love of god don’t take your children to be exposed to such a heavy level of mold. My boyfriend felt like he was suffocating due to conditions

A treasure trove of gear, equipment, and miscellaneous items to help you prepare for your next camping, military, or larping excursions. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Prices were great on some things and meh on others. They have "raw materials" like buckles, Paracord, nylon strapping, netting, etc that you can use on what's projects or gear mods you might have in mind.

I've been in there a few times years ago not really looking for anything and was amazed with what all they have. This week I had to paint a car haul trailer and have it done this week. Well all my paint respirators are clogged and the paint store can't get any replacement filters are cartridges. Not even n-95 masks, as I find that screwed up when some CBD store advertise they have them for customers who purchase their products. Us professional painters, carpenters and other construction people go without destroying our lungs to survive. Anyway I was in search of PPE and I found surplus Russian made chemical/gas mask. It's hard to put on but it gave me 100% protection from the Very toxic flumes from the automotive paint, reducers and hardeners all highly toxic and flammable. The price was less than I expected and would have paid more to protect my already damaged lungs from years of painting and construction work. Not counting the years I worked in a chemical plant. Needless to say it's all lead to my having COPD and the last thing I need was to breathe these chemicals. A few days earlier using the primer with my clogged mask, well that night was horrible from sucking flumes. Thanks Army Navy Guys on Brainerd rd in Chattanooga in the Great State of Tennessee...

Whuz happening guys ! This place," The Brainerd Army Store has been happening for a long time. It's a great store if you are an outdoors man especially. You name it rock climbing, athletes , hunters, campers, fishing collector's, bikers, police, security and others. You guys know who you lol. I get it ! It's a fun store to shop in. Some really good stuff at reasonable prices . The collection of stuff you can accumulate for your personal use is Crazy . This store is one of those stores were you can expect the unexpected. You will walk in , and be like . I didn't know they sold this. Guess what ! Buy it , because you deserve it . Treat yourself .They have a little of everything, and then some. It's one of those stores where you will see stuff , and say omg . Let me warn you, before it harms you. You can spend a lot of in this store. This is not necessary a bad thing thing if you can afford to. We are talking 511 , military boots, belts, holsters, No Firearms Included. Their inventory is crazy high. Hats off to the employees who do a great job keeping things in order. Their customer service is great, and will assist you . Their store is well organized as much stuff as they have . You guys have to go it out for yourself. Since I retired police I don't shop there anymore. No pun intended. I still love you guys lol. They gotten plenty of my over the years lol. Love the place. Has many different things that I want and need. Will be going back to buy a few things on payday.

The owner of the store is Great and very helpful.

They have all kinds of gear. It does rotate sometimes and also may take a while to get an order in if they are out of stock. I paid more than I would have liked to but Jennifer and Tony had exceptional customer service, so I didn't mind. Very personable and knowledgeable. Jennifer and Tony made me feel like I had known them for years.
