Small in home bakery. Offering custom cakes, cupcakes and cookies
Hello all!
Many of you know me now as Nicole Trahan, I have decided to start my own business "Brakespears" as an homage to my late grandmother who was an amazing cook. She taught me everything I know and sadly left this world too early.
So here I am starting my own small time business working part time to fulfill my need for creativity. I have 11 years of cake decorating experience, as well as my certification as a professional chef from the Culinary Institute of America.
I currently work as an Interior Designer and construction estimator as well so please be patient with me if I don't get back to you right away.
