Couldn’t be more pleased. My sons gf changed her dress color 2 days before prom. Brambles thought she was wearing black so we went bright. Instead the dress was orange! The florist remade the bouquet at pick up and added orange and it was absolutely perfect!
Great experience as always working with the Brambles crew! They received a bad batch of roses one holiday and called back every person one by one to honor their commitment to high quality roses and offered to send new roses free of charge. Highly recommend Brambles!
I recently placed 2 orders for same day delivery and the folks at Brambles were fantastic. They went out of their way to create a special arrangement due to an error on my part and I greatly appreciate it! Will definitely use again, thanks so much.

I am fully convinced that Peggie and Christine are florists/magicians!! Working with Brambles for our wedding flowers was a dream from start to finish. During the consultation, they made our vision feel fully heard. When it came to the wedding day, they ensured a beautiful and timely delivery. Everything was exactly as we had discussed-- and somehow better than I could have ever imagined! I still can't believe how lush the roses were!!
I received the most BEAUTIFUL Valentine arrangement from my fiancé’ from this florist! It’s almost a week and it looks fresh and alive! Excellent quality roses, unusual but pretty stripes on Red roses, the nicest arrangement I ever received! Thank you! A++
Very upset and disappointed. I bought two things if flowers for prom. I ordered them two weeks advance as well as paid for it on that day and asked them to be ready by 12 for a 3-4 o'clock pick up. They told me that they will be ready. Prom was at 7, but the party bus I was taking was at 5:30. At 3:45 I went to the shop and they told me they werent ready and didn't start making my flowers. I told them i'll be back in a few minutes and the lady there said in an unprofessional manner, "Well we close at 5 so make sure you're here or you wont get them." This made me and my date very upset and almost late to prom. Not only just that but the flowers were falling apart and dead looking. WORSE FLOWER SHOP EVER! I had many experiences with this flower shop but this one was the worse. Im still upset at this manner. My experience was back around 2016, but my sister who didn’t know of it recently preordered flowers here for her prom 2023. She ordered and paid for Navy Blue flowers. Well, her brother went to pick them up and they were purple. They still can’t get things right. Tried to call and they thought it was smart to have the phones down because as they said on their voicemail machine, they want you to go to the shop. Waste more of your time.
Needed holiday/get well for this week. The combo sent was just beautiful: understated, elegant yet holiday mindful. Perfect! Pleasant customer service as well
Service here was very fast, the staff were very friendly and inviting! I passed this store many times and was happy I stopped in! The custom arrangement turned out awesome!
I previously left a negative review about delivery to a gravesite. I have since learned that Brambles delivered the arrangement on time, but the cemetery left it in an upstairs floral room . The liaison person was on vacation and no one else took the arrangement to the gravesite. That has happened twice. Brambles not only called me this morning, but also called the cemetery. Peggy at Brambles followed through beautifully and really cares.
