Better luck at Fast Eddie’s Oil Change. Took my 2021 explorer in for an oil change and within 4 hrs the oil was all over my garage floor. Not sure how competent the oil change techs are. Still waiting for my garage floor to be cleaned. Maybe try a little harder or maybe a different environmental cleaner instead of leaving a mess

Alan reached out for two days trying to convince me to come down for a car! I’m a person with 550 credit score and a repo and he was able to get me approved for a 2016 Ford Explorer!! My Ford Edge experienced mechanical problems on I-75 right at the Birch Run ramp. My car was towed to LaFontaine Ford of Birch Run, where I was serviced by Donald. It is never a "nice" experience when dealing with car trouble, but Donald was great. I was quite shocked at how fast he got my car set up for service, got me in a rental and had me on my way. In the past, my biggest complaint whenever having my car serviced was the lack of communication. Not the case here. He kept me in the loop as far as parts being ordered, repair time-line, date my car was expected to be ready. etc. He did the majority of his communicating through texting, which I really appreciated. While I was in the Service Advisor area I noticed staff and customers watching videos of Service Techs working on cars and giving a descriptive narrative of work activity. I thought this was great. While I have always had good service from my Ford Dealer back home, I have never seen this feature. I travel throughout Michigan and in the future, when traveling past Birch Run, I'll be checking my mileage to see of I'm due for an oil change. If I am, I'm stopping off.

We had the best experience with our salesman, John Bradbury. We had been in a terrible accident that totaled our vehicle and needed to replace it ASAP without breaking the bank. John found us the perfect car and walked us through all the steps with patience and understanding of our situation. Shawn in the financing department made everything happen for us quickly and easily. Excellent service. Great communication. Donald who was our service advisor went above and beyond to make sure we were happy customers. I really appreciated it. We were sent a video showing what the problem was on the vehicle and I thought that was so impressive. I highly recommend this dealership!!!

Very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly people. The service tech was super helpful. I was astounded at the video going over what they had done for my truck. I have never experienced that before, and would highly recommend your dealership to anyone that I know. I plan on taking my truck to your dealership for any service that I may need. And, if my fortunes get better, to possibly get another vehicle in the near future, either used or new.

I was very happy with the service provided. It was a simple oil change and routine inspection. My favorite feature of the service provided was a short video of the service technician walking around and explaining his evaluation of my vehicle and showing exactly what he was referencing. I would advise other customers to expect an hour long wait though, and plan accordingly.

My car had a recall, so I made the appointment and took it in. Jennifer was so nice and helpful. When I came back a couple hours later, Jennifer had everything ready for me, they even washed the car!! Everything was handled very professionally and went smoothly. If I have to take my car back for anything else, I'm going to ask for Jennifer.
