Was told my whole kitchen package was in stock. Then when delivered no stove. We got this model because it was in stock. We made it clear to our sale associate this was for a rental property. After a month of zero communication from Brandsmart I called and all anyone did was kick the can down the hallway. No one cared. Will never shop there again.
Tried to get a repair service two weeks ago on my washer and was told to go make sure that my washer was completely not working before they could honor my warranty. Was told that their warranties came with stipulations. Then hung up on. Called back on 07/03/23 and spoke with 3 different people and given the run around was told by last person you don’t have a warranty call back in two hours. Ask for a manager and was told they had none was trying to hire some. Received a text saying service scheduled for 07/06 - 07/07 from 5:00 pm to 12:00 AM. Really, Really. Called back to clarify this and was told to call back in two hours because you called us already and it takes two to clear the system in order for me to speak with someone about this same issue . Guess I should have expected this because when the washer/,dryer was delivered the first time one guy was trying to do the entire delivery and set up by himself while the other guy continued to come in and out of my door saying, “‘hurry up I’m ready to go home”. They rescheduled me for a second delivery but BrandsMart workers didn’t do their delivery and these guys were absolutely completely professional. Called the company and gave them much much praise. BrandsMart is horrible, horrible.. After they get your money your get there backsides..
Good deals, great sales staff, and every household furnishing imaginable. True, they play deafening music, the place is totally chaotic, and checkout process might drive you bananas, but you’ll save a fortune. Best to avoid the bottom priced brands that you never heard. Bought a cheap toaster-oven made in China with no "toast" cycle.
Never buy a warranty from this people. They told me if something goes wrong bring it over no questions ask. When I went back to the store with a problem they told me call the #. Everything that sells person told me is a lie
I paid $700.00 for extended warranty on washer dryer. Called in a claim and waited 3 weeks for the tech to come repair the dryer. Imagine going 3 weeks w/o dryer in a house of 4 I was told tech would be at my house between 8am-9am. At 9am a service rep from Brandsmart Marisol was her name Called and told me my scheduled appointment after 3 weeks is being cancelled and rescheduled and maybe 2 weeks they will be able to get back to me. Obviously, I'm furious at this point and she didn't like my delivery, so I asked her to please put a supervisor on for me to complain. Her reply was "NO I won't put a supervisor on have a nice day" and then she hung up on me. I called back and they put me on hold and left me there. After 15 minutes of being on hold they had to pick me up and I requested to speak with a supervisor. I was told Irene and Melinda were the supervisors and they're aware of my issue and will call me when they have a resolution. I called back 3 times throughout the day and 4:45pm being the last call. They refused to take my calls and never returned my call. The next morning, I called again, and they both still refused to take my call. Now I have left a voicemail with their supervisor named Maggie. I won't hold my breath for her to call me back either since the 3 stooges from the day before all work under her and have zero competence. This is what paying $700.00 for a warranty from Brandsmart gets you.
BEWARE OF BUYING ANY WARRANTIES FOR ALL PRODUCTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been a customer of BrandsMart USA in the Deerfield location for over 30 years! From car stereo equipment, high end kitchen appliances, to over a dozen TV's and cellphones and electric scooters. I have always bought all the additional warranties as good faith and peace of mind if something should break. I purchased another 65" TV back in 2022. The TV had an adhesive issue and the glass fell off. Being I had the additional warranty for the tv glass I thought I could trust my faith in BrandsMart USA to have either repaired or replaced. I took out my receipt and contact them. The rep tells me because I did not see the glass fall they are not responsible to fix or repair tv and I was s*%t out of luck. So if your tv just breaks and will not turn on be careful, because you did not see it break. Yes BrandsMart USA is the biggest and cheapest around. I HIGHLY recommend if you choose to buy from them do not waste your hard earned money on any of the warranties. Shame I even need to leave a bad review.

Very bad customer service, they treat you as if they were doing you a favor. They made a mistake in selling a part of a washer and dryer, because the seller is not qualified And they treat you like it's not their problem.I hope they take some action, no comprare ni lo recomendare
Im giving these stars to these three employees,to Katherine ,Dorvil and especially KRYSTAL . These women were nothing but amazing . From the hospitality to the patience they had with me . I'm a new arm amputee so I just might need a tad more help then a regular customer . Krystal I'm forever grateful for your customer service . She showed me my options in different products and gave me her Honest Opinion to all my questions ,,this is what our world needs more people like these 3 Ladies Thanks again
Juan was very helpful, from all the times we had gone to BrandsMart, this was the best experience because of his costumer service. Thank you Juan !!! I don’t give five stars because the bathrooms didn’t look that clean.
