First time ever being in this hardware store. A friend of ours sent us here to pick up some hardware for our semi and as I shopped around they have so much stuff for outside jobs, for little home repairs, to even grilling out. They are very friendly, kind, helpful people. It’s located at the corner of Fee Fee rd and St. Charles Rock rd in Bridgeton, Missouri. If ever in the neighborhood stop in and check them out.
I always manage to find things here that I am unable to find anywhere else. The staff is always SO NICE and very helpful, giving suggestions and advice. If you need a torn screen repaired? A car key remote fixed or replaced? Feed for deer, chicken, rabbits? Get window glass cut? Branneky can help with all of these situations. They have all kinds of seeds for planting, lawnmowers and trimmers, yard art, hay bales and SO MUCH MORE! Everytime I come into this awesome little store, I feel as if I've stepped back in time. They always have freshly popped popcorn for like 25¢ a bag. They are within a mile from a huge Menards and a Home Depot but they have managed to survive and even thrive....that should tell you something right there. I HIGHLY recommend them!
It is a blast from the past of hardware stores. I was looking for a metric nut for my golf cart and there was a staff member who was very helpful even double checked to make sure I got the right thing. I wish I lived closer bc I would make it my go to place. Even the check out person was really friendly. I already told a few friends my experience and if I am around will choose it over the big boys LOWES and HOME Depot.
I was having problems finding a piece for my new counter top gas stove I'd been to 3 hardware stores and 1 plumbing supply outlet with no luck. When at the hardware outlet an very kind employee suggested trying Branneky True Value stating that they carry numerous hard to find parts. Man!! I'm so glad that I took his suggestion I went there the place was well stocked the personnel were so curtious an 10 minutes later I had the part!!, I KNOW THAT they must have thought I was crazy because I broke out in my HAPPY DANCE PLEASE TRY THEM THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!!
Home depot and Lowes are good for convenience, but can't always get what you need, Branneky always seems to have what I need every time I go in there, the help is always knowledgeable, more so than the other 2 box stores

I have always loved this place. They have things other hardware stores do not. Did you know they can fix window screens & much more?! Check them out. You wont be disappointed.
Gentlemen took me to the correct aisle for pool supplies as the signage indicating the aisle was incorrect. Very helpful I get in line and there are only two of us. The woman being checked out has a return. There is one cashier no problem as the other young lady is bagging popcorn.. however she gets done with popcorn and instead of saying sir I can help you here, proceeds to ring someone who just walked up. She took two more customers while I’m still waiting on this return to happen with the woman in front of me! I just left my items and walked out, I will go across the street to Menards! What does next in line mean to your workers?
First off I want to say I have been coming to this hardware store for over 40 years. It has always been great to locate hard to find items for older homes and unusual items. I went in looking for some Christmas items. Upon doing so I noticed a lighted snowman on the top shelf. I reached up to view the one that was different behind it and BAMMM. Something struck me right upside the head EXTREMELY hard. It was some heavy cast iron piece with some rod or something. I'm not sure what it was. There was an employee right there stocking shelves as it happened and came over immediately. I reached up several times thinking it had drawn blood because it was a very heavy hit. As i'm trying to shake it off either a manager or owner walks up. I state "I wouldn't put that there again. That is really going to hurt someone" He states "Well it's been there two weeks and no-one else has had a problem with it" in a raised voice showing NO CONCERN for what had just happened or even asking me if I was OK. I then state "Well I wouldn't put it there" and he then repeats "Well it's been there two weeks and no-one else has had a problem with it". I then tell him "INSTEAD OF CRITICIZING ME YOU SHOULD BE APOLOGIZING TO ME! He then walks off mumbling and starts talking to an employee under his breath again showing absolutely NO CONCERN for what had just had happened to me. I then left and have a huge knot on the side of my head and ear with it being extremely sore and swollen as you can see from the photo provided. I've had a headache for two straight days and am considering going to the hospital to get it looked at. It is very upsetting to see that the management had NO CONCERN for my injury.
