Branson's Motel Marina RV & Mobile Home Park

I actually worked at this resort as a housekeeper about 10 years ago actually 10 years ago this month lol. I recently drove through and saw that the place was completely redone. All the old models were replaced with Park models, the motel has been updated with amenities. The tree swing looks fun! I'm glad that they fixed up the beach area somewhat, so that people that cannot climb a ladder out of the water can still enjoy it. Kudos and a job well done to Jeanie's grandson that took over the place and brought it into this century. Sorry I didn't remember his name.

It's a great place with everything you need on your stay. The people running the place are on it and very friendly. The rooms are just rooms. No frills but lack nothing. Great location and great people running the place.Rooms: 5/5

Nice, quiet, clean resort. Dock rentals are convenient and the little beach on-site is great for the littles to play at! Nearby activities: Walking distance to Whiskey Saloon and Pirates Den. Both have great food!

We have many friends that stay here. They always host a dinner. Grounds are super clean. Access to Colorado River. Walking distance to Pirates Den. Nice place to stay for events in and around Parker or Havasu! Nearby activities: We stayed for boat racing. Walkability: Several restaurants nearby.

This park is recently renovated and is beautiful. The checkin and check out process was simple. The room was nice and clean and the bed was perfect . We loved our stay here

We have been coming here for 2 years now and it is now a tradition. We love the proximity to the water and having our boat docked right out front of our room. We stayed in the “motel” rooms which are more like suites with the kitchen area. Everyone working here is wonderful! Looking forward to our next trip!

Love this resort. Mobile Homes and Motel Rooms to choose from. Great staff, wonderful visitors and awesome management. Laundry room on site as are community restrooms. Though it's a cool vacation spot and people hang out and party - the nights go quiet so visitors are not being disturbed. Docks are available for a small rental fee as are boats. Mobile homes have 2 and 3 bdrms as well as one, for your family size. Rates are very fair and affordable.
