I spent 3 good hours there, and got really unique finds and items that brought back childhood memories. I definitely recommend this place for anyone’s visiting Denver, you’d be amazed of what’s in there. Wish they would categorize the items to enhance the shopping journey.
This place is so amazing housing what seems to be an endless eclectic amount of stuff to browse through. I've spent hours and hours just walking through this place and I still haven't seen everything. It's a great place and environment just to go for a walk. I've easily been able to hit 10,000 steps just looking around and I buy something almost every time I'm there.
What a neat place! The way the Armadillo has their cases laid out is super smart and easy to navigate. The staff was very friendly during my visit. Definitely check this place out if you enjoy antique stores
My gawd this place is huge..... You can spend hours in here..... Pricing wasn't bad you can definitely find some deals
This place is sooooooooooo GIGANTIC & AWESOME. You will need lots of time to browse all of the booths.
Our first time here and we were blown away at how large it is and how many vendors it has. We spent over an hour on just the first 3 aisles. We were there for a total of 3 hours and didn't get through half of it. Staff were extremely friendly and super helpful. Tons of items for sale, unique finds, amazing deals, rares to one-of-a-kinds to common everyday items. There's even a map and pencil available when you walk in the door so you can mark stalls you want to come back to, etc. For items in the locked displays, you just push the nearby button for assistance and someone is there to help in no time. If you aren't done shopping, they give you a number and place your items in a secure area. If you add to those, you just tell the attendant your number and they'll add them to your items. Not all stalls are locked, and for those they have baskets available for you. If you get hungry or thirsty, there's a cafe. It was pretty warm in there, but they had fans placed all around to help cool. If you get tired or can't manage walking for too long though, there aren't many places to sit to rest. Overall an awesome place to go shop or even just to look at really cool items. We definitely will be making this trip across town one of our regular hangouts.
Very cool place bought few items from case 171 and the dealer made wonderful deals . Other vendors also offered great deals . I would highly recommend this place . The staff and vibe is very welcoming .
The store is well lit and comfortable to be in. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. You will find a treasure for you or other family members. I found a few for my family. There was a sale over Labor Day weekend. It will be well worth a look and see what they have for you. Go by and see for yourself.
This is one of the biggest antique malls I've been to with so many little shops! We were there looking for a dresser or wardrobe and found many nice pieces, but they were out of the price range we were searching for because they were already refurbished. They also have a cafe inside, which was a surprise for me, and although we didn't eat there, it smelled good. To bring an even greater sense of nostalgia, the choice of music, although not what I listen to daily, was surprisingly refreshing and almost transports you to another time as you search the aisles for treasure.
Probably the coolest and most unique place I’ve shopped in the Denver Metro thus far! Decidedly higher quality than other antique malls in the area. They have literally everything under the sun… antiques, oddities, taxidermy, butterflies, skulls, dolls, fossils, toys, furniture, art, jewelry, and collectibles. That’s not even scratching the surface! If you love an adventure or hunting for your items, then this is the place for you! Unquestionably worth checking out! Each case is a different vendor packed full of distinctive and quirky items. Shopped for about 2 hours and discovered less than a 1/4 of the items available. That place is MASSIVE! I purchased 2 little gnomes and a handmade pottery Yoda cup/planter ?. **The Metro is fortunate to have such an extraordinary antique mall. Absolutely coming back and thank you for a fun adventure!** — — — The floor staff was quite busy and did an excellent job answering questions, unlocking and securing customer-selected items for purchase, and hustling from one side to the other to do their best to accommodate each customer. The cashier staff was tired, not so friendly, and looked to be quite swamped. **All staff was working hard and doing an excellent job!** Most of the glass cases were tagged clearly. I had a difficult time seeing the price tags for quite a few items/display cases. The tags were turned over or covered up by other items, and I wasn’t willing to trouble an employee to ask for a price. Otherwise, I probably would have purchased a couple more items. A few of the open item rows didn’t have price tags on quite a few items or if they did... the sign it wasn’t in clear view.
