Love Brass City Pawn!! They are so easy to deal with. The prices are more than fair, and they are always willing to work with you on the price. Very friendly staff that know their jobs.
This place is solid! I've never pawned anything before, and they made the process real easy and understandable. The staff was super helpful and friendly. I got good value for what I had. They also have a huge selection of anything and everything. Big recommends.

Absolutely amazing service I have been using this pawn shop for the last 12 years. They never try to Low ball you on anything. I have purchased things from brass city and never had a bad experience I have sold things and pawned things if I’m late they always work with me. There’s multiple pawnshops in Waterbury but this one is definitely hands-down the best! I have even recommended them to other people just because when you walk in you can feel the positive energy!
