This is a huge library with tons of resources. I love the location. Everything is always well organized and clean. You can check out books using their self checkout and can even renew books over the phone. They only have one crabby/lazy worker here but I glazed over that. Overall rating- 10/10 out of all of the libraries I have frequented.
Facilities always very clean, good parking, friendly, polite, helpful staff, a wonderful place to visit and stay awhile. Unfortunately, no good restaurants nearby, Many extras at this library and good computer and printing access. A wonderful place to spend a rainy Saturday. Great children’s section. Somewhat limited collection, but essentials available and inter-library loans possible, I think.
Fantastic library. I appreciate the space, great selection of books, access to NC Cardinal system for holds, and the thought and intention that staff put into curating displays and collections that mirror the diversity of our community. Each curation, as well as a the New Books area, widens my perspective and exposes me to new topics and authors. I'm also impressed with the new events that the library has rolled out over the last few months. Keep it up, Braswell team! Thank you for what you do.

The library and the location were wonderful. They are hosting the early voting. So anyone in the Nash County area go by today they're open until late and they will be open for early voting through November 5th. Friendly people. There was no line, was able to walk right in. Thanks for everyone being so nice. You made this very easy for me to do today. And it's such a beautiful day.
Helpfull employees ..clean and friendly overall staff
Braswell Library is one of my favorite places. The staff is friendly and informed and the building is well maintained. The "new library" just celebrated its 20th birthday, but you wouldn't believe it was that old if you walked in for the first time. Not only do they have books; there are computers, reference services, special programming and exhibits, a fantastic local history/genealogy section and staff ready to answer questions or help solve problems or fulfill requests.
My daughter and I like it here! Spacious and friendly librarians!
Brenda was Amazingly Helpful. Very kind, courteous and patient. After talking with her I couldn't leave without getting my library card. Thank You, Brenda Oh yes, she walked me downstairs and introduced me to Tim. who was also very kind and helpful. Had me signed up and checking out a book in no time. Thank You, Tim
Staff is extremely friendly. However, disappointed that I could not extend my computer session to continue working for my job. I am actually WORKING and not browsing the internet as I see others doing. Thanks for time you all were able to provide, but will probably make other arrangements to continue to print and work.
