Just stopped in to get some keys made. They did it super fast and all the keys worked. Couldn’t ask for more. Friendly too.

cool spot to copy keys. it shares the lot with a gas station and the entrance and everything looks a bit shady but once you walk in it's alright. i came here because my friend recommended it and i know she wouldnt have if it was a scary place.  it was my first time copying a key and i was curious how things work, and the guy at the counter was patient explaining things to me and friendly as well. overall my key experience here was lowkey fun and id prob come back if i need a duplicate key. the price is so good too!

LOVE BRAVO!!! I manager multiple properties and they make all my keys and help replace and repair locks when needed. I’ve never had to have them redo a key, they work every time! Yesterday my tenant broke her key in the door and they were there within a few hours to handle it! So appreciative!

Made a call to re-key some locks.  I was able to get a locksmith to my location within 45mins. The job was done in 15-20mins. Most of that time felt like it was making the new keys.  He was professional, fast, and courteous. The price was good.  I would definitely use them again!

Drove to get my keys cut, the key part to a Toyota Prius remote. They were able to do it everywhere else I went refused to cut a 3rd party key. It came out perfect, works perfectly and they did it very quick. I had 3 keys cut and each was perfect. Took me longer to drive there then the actual service. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I always tend to leave this place with a bad taste in my mouth... and that goes back about 20 yrs.  I only use them in emergencies--or for something super simple like just having a basic key made--because they are always so expensive.  Like, today, they charged me $20 to rekey a single-sided deadbolt... that I brought in to them.  Before Reed's Keys closed a few years ago they charged $7 for that--as far back as I can remember.  So... maybe $10 with inflation took the guy like 10 minutes.  The the entire Kwikset single-sided deadbolt they re-keyed costs less than $20 new.  I literally could have bought a brand new deadbolt--same brand, style, finish--with two brand new keys--for what they charged me to rekey one cylinder--with no new keys made.  But... they're pretty much the only game in town Montrose these days... so I guess they can charge whatever they want.

Nice on the phone, said they could be out to cut a new car key in about an hour...that was 11:04 this morning! It’s now 5 hours later the tech got here in 4 hour hours we are waiting for the car/key to reprogram!  If I was sitting in the air conditioning, I may have given them 2 stars. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!
