Brazil Family Medicine

Have recently been switched to Dr Hatcher per my insurance company. Have been calling for a week to schedule appointment. Have tried leaving a message...NO response. Call the number get a recording and stay on hold for upto 35 minutes. I HAVE A RESPIRATORY ISSUE AND NEED A DR.

Excellent care and had it for several years, they have taken care of me when cancer jumped into my game and sugar and numerous other things but they've always been there especially Ms Hines NP Thanks Jeff Niewald

I had called to schedule an appointment was told they would give me a call back and said try to get me in today. Well they call me back and tell me I have to drive to another county an hour away to try to see a doctor elsewhere because their doctors aren’t in?? Key word try meaning I drive an hour for a 50/50 chance to be seen... smh

Awesome place, always taken care of quickly and we've always had everything explained. Very easy place to find and we knew what to expect for our next visit.

Love the staff and doctor Zwerener. He is very pleasant and listens to patient needs

Awful aways waiting to see Dr. Like 1 to 11/2 hour then get in room and wait another 1/2 hour. Terrible

Never answer the phone. Go somewhere else.

Everyone is super friendly and the drs know their stuff
