I've been going to the store for decades. Great products and great costumer services. Last night I left my wallet with all my documents on the counterand they saved it for me. I am forever grateful.
If you are looking for quality and diversity, you found the right place! A piece of our Brazil inside the United States.
After spending $70 for two little bags at this store I privately wrote them a review and got a very interesting reply from the store and I’d like to share it here with you: Cashier wouldn’t look away from her phone a single minute as she’s scanning my purchases. Receipt prints out and she’s staring at her phone as I’m looking at her waiting... After a while she finally remembers I’m still there and hands me the receipt as she’s staring at her phone. I had to return to get refunded as she charged me for an extra item. Their reply was: “Hi, sorry for the inconvenience. I just checked the camera footage and I saw she was at the phone, but you as well took some time browsing the store, exchanging the frozen coxinha, talking to your friend, looking all over the store like trying to finding anything else. You never looked directly at her to tell her you’re done. But anyway sorry for all I convenience caused at your first time at our store and we do record everything that happens. Thank you again for the understanding” To which I replied: I find your reply extremely unprofessional as you’re blaming ME for her being on the phone throughout her interactions with a customer. “But you as well”, since you checked the cameras, should’ve seen that when I walked back from exchanging the coxinhas had the cashier person that was helping me originally switched. That girl that assumed the position was the entire time on her phone the moment the other customer let me go ahead of him till check out. Maybe if she hadn’t been paying attention to something else she wouldn’t have over charged me. I’m still SHOCKED that you’re capable of talking like that to one of your customers. “Looking all over the store”. I’m so sorry I “looked all over the store trying to find anything else” to buy. I will not be making that mistake again and I’ll make sure “my friend” doesn’t either. I wasn’t but I’ll be now extending this review to google, yelp and any other sources so others don’t make the same mistake I made. “But anyway” as if you’re doing me a favor... How unprofessional you are.
I found heaven! Best coxinha I’ve had in a while. They have picanha, calabresa, café, pão de queijo, biscoito de polvilho, açaí congelado, tapioca..... etc etc you got the gist of it. let’s say that I am very happy I found this place.
They notice you the minute you walk in Nice attention, Al the products from South America especially the Mate herbs and candies
I love this store so much. I been coming to this store with my parents since I was little , now I bring my kids and husband with me . The staff is so friendly and amazing . I always leave happy and satisfied.
This is the best Brazilian store in the Miami area. The staff and extremely friendly and they have pretty much everything you can expect to find. Also has parking in the back. Highly recommend :
