I never met Dr. Kirk, never even had a conversation, YET she told me to go elsewhere for my care. I am an anti vaxer.  IMHO the Covid shots infect, maim and kill.  Did you know every doctor that gave the shot got a government kick back? And the money rules their souls. Because of my abnormal lab values, the ARNP was tweaking/lowering my thyroid medication and I was dying.  But according to Dr. Kirk you will not and cannot complain.  Yes, I got angry b/c they would not listen and my health was getting worse. Please take the time to read these reviews, there is pattern in how Dr. Kirk treats patients. I do not recommend Brazos Integrative Medicine.  Be good to yourself go elsewhere.

I’ve been coming in for iv treatment for a few years. Wende is the best! She’s great at sticking you, efficient, funny, caring and most competent. Everything is always clean and orderly and she always goes the extra mile.

The worst office ever. Incompetent staff. They regularly schedule me for back-to-back appointments then send them to me last minute with no explanation what it is for.They won’t answer the phone half the time but when they do, they immediately put you on hold. Last wait time was 10 minutes but would have been longer if I had not hung up. I called back several times just to get a live person on the phone. Even if I call to cancel an appointment that I have no idea what it is for or try to reschedule, I get billed for missing appointments I have cancelled. I have  had to ask my pharmacy to give me an emergency few days coverage of blood pressure medicine because they make me jump through hoops to get a refill at the doctors office. The last time I was told I couldn’t get a refill until I came in for my Elite physical so by the time I came in for that after going days without my blood  pressure medicine , my blood pressure was high. Next, they told me they wouldn’t refill my blood pressure medicine because it was not controlled at my Elite Physical. I blew my top because it was because I had gone cold turkey off Lisinopril for three days before that appointment because they refused to refill it.  I have spoken to their manager with complaints only to hear defensiveness and excuses.  The only person I trusted and respected at that place was Chanel Wilkinson and now that she is leaving, I have nothing good to say about this office. I prefer functional medicine and other than Ms. Wilkinson, this office has an entire office of incompetent people.  They are obviously more interested in making money than their patients’ health. They hawk vitamins, infusions, heavy metals chelation therapy, refuse to refill vital medications unless you come to the Elite Physical.  Now that I have moved to another state and filed a request for medical records with their office prior to moving, I still get weekly calls to schedule an Elite physical. Mind you, this is an annual physical I already had this year AND I already told them I was moving. So far, they have called 3 times and I have had to remind them all three times I am in another state and had my physical this year already. What do you want to bet they call me next week? Lisa Kirk is a money hungry witch that doesn’t care for patients, only lining her pockets.

I've been a patient here since 2018, and I won't go anywhere else. 90% of what they do for me is preventive...and that is how medicine should be. The elite physicals are very thorough. It provides an opportunity to easily fix minor issues early, while they are still minor. Another thing I like is they aren't pill poppers. They seem to prefer the use of lifestyle and supplements over harsh drugs with side effects.

All the staff here is phenomenal. I love the additional services and IV Therapy offered at this office. Absolutely makes me feel better.

I have been a patient for over a year and absolutely love the place. Everyone is very friendly and professional.  They always patiently listen to my concerns and I feel they genuinely care. I appreciate the focus on overall wellness and health, rather than just prescribing drugs. Also, I never wait more than 10 minutes after arriving for my appointments.

Absolutely love the level of care I get here. Everyone here is friendly,  treats you like family, and always smiling and happy to see you.

I found a new doctor because not only did I not get to see Dr. Kirk, but they tried to charge me for my well woman visit, tried to charge me for labs they told me were definitely covered by my insurance, and double charged me for labs and a follow up visit.  My husband has had the same issue as others have mentioned with being passed off from NP to NP - 4 different ones in the past 2 years.  He also had a SECRETARY cancel the prescription on his BP medication with no approval from any of the medical staff! This place really needs to have ZERO stars!

i honestly do not usually do reviews but this was so bad that i had to. i am in college and found this doctor for my time here... with my experience here, this is the most unorganized and unprofessional doctors office i have experienced. they tried to charge me $15 for something and when i asked for what they said that i did not actually. then they gave me a massive packet to fill out, but it was the wrong packet so when i was done i had to fill out another big packet. then they scheduled me a well woman exam and a follow up for an elite physical. i went in for my well woman exam and they told me i never scheduled one and that they couldn't find my paperwork. then i went in for my follow up for my elite physical and they told me my appointment had been canceled... to which they never informed me.  i sitting in the office right now waiting for her to print off my results so i can take them to a new doctor and to my surprise they told me they did not have my labs!  i won't say anything but my personal experience but my advice is don't go here

I’ve been a patient of this medical clinic for quite a few years now and I’m really disappointed I really enjoyed coming here but after being transferred four times from doctor to doctor to doctor  Adding to that All of those positions quit facility  I  feel that patient care is no longer the first priority of this facility I truly wish to continue going here but at this point it doesn’t seem like I even have a doctor anymore or who my doctor is going to be they have such a high turnover with staffing there’s always new faces every time I go to my appointments that says a lot about the facility in the management at the clinic . I truly hope that it gets better but if not I’m gonna find a new doctor
