Breathe has recently moved to Mamaroneck NY and is their only exclusive studio offering certified instruction in GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS®. We are currently offering private & duo sessions in GYROTONIC® and group classes in GYROKINESIS®. This studio is equipped with two Cobra/Pulley Tower Units, a Leg Extension Unit, a Jumping-Stretch Board, and an Archway.
