We stopped in the other night to grab a beer before before a show. There was no one at the front when we arrived, so we went to the bar on the left. None of the taps were working and they only had canned beer, none of which were from Breckenridge Brewery. Weird. Anyway, we got our canned beers the bartender was really nice and went and sat at a nearby table. There were many open tables. After about 10 minutes, a women comes over and starts almost yelling at us. Apparently, we were supposed to have seen the hostess first no one was there when we arrived and there was no signage to be able to sit and that we also had to order food at that particular table. She says we can only sit at some other tables, all of which have people at them. We get up, grab another beer at the bar, and just stand near the fireplace next to at least six open tables. It's then I realize I'd forgotten something outside. I quickly run out to get it and when I return, they won't let me back in! Something to do with reentry to a concert? I hadn't even shown anyone my tickets yet or entered the venue. So weird! So, I wasn't able to finish my $14 beer and had to have my friends slam theres and come outside to meet me. We then had to enter the concert through a different door. It was the most bizarre and negative experience I've had a any bar or restaurant in a very long time. None of it made any sense. And I've always loved going to BB. Never again.
Great food, very convenient, Western atmosphere and excellent service by Kristy at the bar!Food: 5/5
Walked across town to get here only to find that it's closed for construction. Google shows it open, and there's nothing posted anywhere on the doors or building, but it's definitely closed and no one answers the phone. Heard from an arena employee that they're getting ready for the season and construction could be a few more weeks. Would be nice if they updated their website or voicemail with this info, posted some signs, or updated the hours on Google so people don't waste their time coming here.
We stopped in to get a drink after the Av’s game. It was -13 and snowing. After we ordered they made an announcement that ther bar was closing in 15 minutes. They kicked us out in the snow and we had a pregnant woman and a child with us. Ubers were canceling. They didn’t care. Totally rude and unsafe. Never go there again
Super disappointed. Went with a group of people after the nuggets game and they took away all the females self defense Keychain and peppers prays. We are in the middle of Denver and have the car parked super far because of the game. So something couldve happened and we all had nothing to protect ourselves. They refused to give it back when leaving and even took the trash bag to the back so we couldn't grab it after. They were super unprofessional and even made a comment that they don't care if anything happens to the girls that it's not their problem. Won't recommend this place to anyone!!!!
One of the worst experiences we have ever had. We were seated in a timely matter and our order was taken. When the food came my burger was almost raw and the bun was all bloody. Took ten minutes for me to get the waitresses attention, had to ask the busser to find her before I was able to send it back. When I received another burger the same way, we stopped the manager as she was walking by to try a third time, when my third burger came back it was slightly better at least I could eat around the edges. We saw at least three other tables return their food too. Also, during this time we asked for refills on our Pepsi that took forever to get, the waitress kept say she would be right back but it would take fifteen minutes to even see her on the floor again, We asked for the bill and that took fifteen minutes to get and another twenty minutes for the waitress to pick up the bill. We tried this restaurant since we had a concert to go to but I will not go again, it is not worth the frustration.
Forgot to bring out an order and was just brushed off for twenty minutes... Mac and cheese tasted like cold Velveeta burgers tasted like a frozen burger and the waiter barely paid attention to us. Really overall disappointing trip.
The food is TERRIBLE! We used to love this place for dinner before a concert or game. Now that it’s Breck, it has been bad. Really bad. The menu is limited, and it’s gross. I ordered a Beyond burger. Apparently that means I want a piece of cardboard bun?! Everyone else in my group who had regular burgers got pretzel buns, but mine was awful. Inedible really. My husband ordered the elk sausage which had grilled scallions on it that were so stringy he couldn’t eat them. The fries were all soggy. Basically, this place is way too overpriced, even for convenience. The only redeeming quality and reason I gave any stars at all is the staff was nice.
Went in to get a quick meal. Waited quite awhile for drinks. After an hour plus food did not arrive. We all left without getting our food. Paid for our drink and left. Very bad.
Burger was tiny and just average. The atmosphere was cool!!!Food: 2/5
