I just moved here a month ago & hadn't found a Vet until my dog had an emergency dog attack injury. I called them as soon as they opened & they immediately got me in & took care of my Louie. Louie was in terrible pain & they were so compassionate & took the time to explain & recommend a procedure needed. Pic-him coming home still loupy My Louie is completely healed now & back to normal within a few short days. Dr Webb & the staff were amazing & super compassionate. Highly recommend!!
Very affordable. Budget friendly bc the vet asks you ahead of time what services we would be doing while also providing you with a printed sheet listing each service and how much it would cost. You can tell they are all about your comfort and your pets comfort. The vet even explained a procedure and what I can do at home to help avoid needing it. Would go again every time. New favorite vet
My Husky cut her paw pad & the vet was very fast with getting her in. They were so nice & explained everything. They kept her for a few hours to give her stitches. When they called us to let us know she was ready to be picked up, they were very helpful answering every question we had. After this great experience we're definitely making this vet both of our huskies primary vet.
Our dog needed to be put down and I am not a client of this vet! They took me in and treated me like I was family and they put down my Teddy with love and caring. I love these people, I highly recommend them. Dr Mandy Webb was lovely and so were the other two people who helped me, these people care! John and Beth Salak
My first appointment with Dr. Breeze was great! The tech was so very kind and attentive, asking all the appropriate questions to have a clear understanding of my girl's history. Then Dr. Breeze was thorough with her explanation of my girl's pathology results and what opinions were for her care. I never felt rushed or like my concerns weren't answered or valid.
My regular vets practice closed down and my 2 year old Chihuahua was due for an oil change and regular scheduled maintenance. My only regret is I didn't find Breeze sooner. They are EVERYTHING you could ask for. They are kind and caring, the office is clean and spotless and they were on time. They are efficient and the fees where very reasonable. You don't have to dig far in the reviews to see that Breeze has cultivated a sterling reputation. I am very happy and so is my Monster.
Could not be any happier with our experience! We are from out of town on vacation and my little 3 pound chihuahua got sick on Sunday and when I called Monday morning they were able to get us in so he could be seen no questions asked. Staff was so friendly it felt like being at our vet back home. Prices were very reasonable even with it being an urgent care visit, it came out to way less than we were expecting. Will definitely be back if ever need be.
I am blown away by the vet, Dr. Webb, at Breeze. My 2 Great Danes had been patients before we moved 30 min away, and had received great preventative care. I them went to another clinic where the care was sloppy and was not tailored to specific issues one of my dogs had. Fast forward 18 months and I moved close to Breeze again. I noticed one of my dogs was losing weight. They made an appointment for the next day. Dr. Webb diagnosed her with a severe cardiac issue and was able to get us into see a vet cardiologist the next day. I am still in a bit of shock because I thought I was taking my dog in for a minor thing, and I never expected anything like this. I am so thankful for her attention and skill.
These guys are great. I AM POSTING THIS TO INFORM PET OWNERS. If your pet is older and is seen on an emergent care visit OR the vet has not been following your pet regularly, PLEASE read the warnings for medication prescribed and decide for YOURSELF if the pros outweigh the cons. Be responsible. After all the medications prescribed are contingent upon symptoms and I cannot help thinking medications may not be for every size shape and age for animals. After all they are animals and cannot say the medication is making them feel worse, not better. It is not a one size fits all so use your best judgment and keep a careful watch on your pet. If they show signs of fever, labored breathing, throwing up, lethargy, take them in to whoever can see them. Do not shrug it off and hope they get better. Every minute counts.
I've gone to Breeze for years and love some of the staff, however very disappointed today when I called to make an appointment for my 2 new puppies. Unfortunately I had to put down one of my older dogs that Breeze had been treating. When I called to schedule the new dogs I was told I would have to pay $25 a piece for new patients. I explained repeatedly I was not a new patient or client. I'd been going there for years and at one point was taking my dog in weekly for treatment. I then stated I have never paid a $25 fee and I was told this went into effect January again for new patients because people don't show up for their appointments? I don't know what part of I'm not a new patient and don't miss my appointments the woman was not understanding. Finally I just said does it go towards my bill and was told yes. So I said oK I will make an appointment. I then was rudely told well they can't see me for at least 2 weeks. Again I said that's fine, after we start to schedule an appointment she then tells me I can't bring both the puppies in at the same time and will have to schedule a separate appointment! Needless to say I said never mind. I called a new vet, they're seeing me this week, not charging me up front and will look at both puppies at the same time.
