Parking is horrible, the park itself is small. My kid is playing soccer on the field and there is no way for me to get a stroller down on the field without going down a pretty steep hill and that's no fun with a newborn. There was a dog tied up to a tree that was trying to attack another dog. Out of all the beautiful parks in the area, I'm pretty disappointed that they chose this one for soccer.
This park was way smaller than I thought it would be. It's right off of the busy street but it has a fence which is fine. The restrooms were closed that day so we had to leave to find somewhere for the kids to pee. I tried calling the number for parks and recreation and that was very unsuccessful.
Breeze Hill Park is a petite park right off Melrose Drive. This could be a good park to to you have kids that go to Breeze Hill Elementary School and you have younger ones that need some entertaining in the meantime. 645 S Melrose Dr, Vista, CA 92081 Free parking in lot This park is free The play structure has both standard and bucket swings and is built on a rubber ground surface with shaded canopies overhead Restrooms Some picnic tables Small lawn Right on melrose which is a very busy road but there is a fence as a barrier Baseball field
Great park for running around with dogs and kids. Some playground equipment. Parking is limited.
It's clean well kept park with plenty of space to throw out a blanket and relax while the kids play or to take a dog for a stroll Playground: Nice size with multiple slides Restrooms: Water and toilets available Dog-friendliness: Dogs are welcome with leash Picnic area: Multiple picnic tables and bbqs available
It gets five stars for the size of the grassy area, but stars lowered due to poor kept grass and tons of gopher holes!
Felt weird at this Park. This is more a play area for the people who live in the surrounding apartments and homes. There's a school right next to the park that's also part of the park. Out houses that are rarely service it looks like. I was visiting with the friends I haven't seen in awhile and I recovering from a broken hip and people are just staring at us. Literally like I was and alien I have passed by this Park the last 10 years I haven't missed a thing.
Park play units are great!! Restrooms were filthy???!! Not good for our well paid tax dollars!!
My Children goes to the school that the park shares with an it's a cute, small and has a great environment of kids/ parents. There is a small playground, 2 sets of swings and a few trees for blocking the sun, there is 2 eating areas. The only down fall is its by a very busy street Melrose so watch your running Littles.
Watch the grandson and all the other kids play sports it was fun
