I used to work for a storage company similar to this one, though with much better customer service. I had an encounter with this horrid person, I believe her name is laura, over a container, could not believe how rude she is, would give less than one star if I could. What a shame she lost the company so much future business and caused such irreparable damage. Cannot recommend this company and would suggest others look elsewhere.
Hands down the best experience I have ever had with any storage company ever. Every single person I have encountered with Brekke in Longmont, Colorado has left me feeling good about choosing their facility. They have gone above and beyond to work with me throughout my rental. I would not consider renting any where else, and I'd recommend Brekke to anyone looking for storage.
The people at Brekke have set the standard for their field. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. I rented a brand-new storage trailer - my belongings stayed cool enough in summer, and the unit was extremely well sealed against dust and water. They helped me learn about the storage process, talked me through the hours, etc. Any questions were cheerfully and correctly answered. Rates are quite reasonable, especially the location. A total success.
This company has blown my expectations away. From the first day i dealt with them i was impressed with not just their attitudes and willingness to help, but what it is i really enjoyed was their ability to go above and beyond for me as their customer. You just don't find that anymore. I feel like most employees are robotic and work of yes and nos. Without disclosing too much, i have had a rough couple weeks. Nothing seems to go right. Except when dealing with them. I first went there and needed a storage unit..... BAD. They stayed late to make it happen, moved a couple things around without compromising service to their other customers. What really made me decide to let people know how great they are is when i called i was created with hey Clarence!! I thought that was amazing. Its running a business that makes me have gratitude and respect for the operation they're running. Thanks gents. You're doing amazing things!
Unprofessional, rude, and unlawful. Broke a legally binding contract without care, left our tenant stranded and without recourse. Owner refused to take our call, I recommend finding someone else to do business with.
I needed somewhere to put things while moving and they helped me right away! I moved my stuff in 2 days later. They have the best prices and the best storage to make sure that my things didn't get ruined. Excellent customer service skills. Made me feel very welcomed. Plus, no where else could beat their prices!
I needed extra storage for tools and household appliances. I called several different places and finally called Brekke Storage and was given a detailed list of all available storage units available and prices. They were very helpful and I decided to rent a container. It was dispatched right away and I was very happy having instant storage units available.
From beginning to end, this was a professional and cost-effective experience for temporary long-term storage. Everyone at Brekke Storage was courteous and personable, and they can beat most, if not all, local storage container prices. I recently relocated here and they were recommended by another local business--now I see why. Thanks to all of you!
Brekke Storage was GREAT! I have used them for years. They have stored all my stuff that I have accumulated throughout the years. Ranging from furniture, blankets, pots and pans, pictures, tvs, dishes and other house hold items. I was worried about the mice getting into my couch cushions and other things like that but years later they have still gone untouched, not to mention dry. I will always go to Brekke Storage for all my moving needs!
