BRELAND Health & Fitness Club is filled with state of the art equipment. Members have unlimited use of cardiovascular equipment, free weights, exclusive Free Motion Strength and Conditioning equipment and Gyrotonic Pilates equipment.
Complimentary Services include: Day lockers, showers, workout towels (yes, real terrycloth towels!), laundering of workout gear. Locker rooms are fully stocked with luxurious washing items to freshen up after a workout before you head off to your next appointment.
Personal Training: Our certified trainers will work with you to develop a workout that meets your individual fitness needs. They will assist you with form and technique and help motivate you to achieve your goals.
Physical Therapy: Evaluation and Physical Therapy treatment by Board Certified Clinical Specialists in sports physical therapy is offered at the BRELAND clinic. We evaluate minor complaints before they become major problems. Regular treatment is provided on a daily basis.
