Absolutely the BEST dental experience. I live out of state and needed emergency dental work, I was also in horrible pain. The receptionist found a time to schedule me in and was so sweet, the dental assistant was kind and caring. The Doctor was gental and precise. I was impressed with everyone in the office. I can't thank them enough for saving my vacay.
I know you're not going to believe me when I tell you I love my dentist, but it is true. I love going to Bremerton dental. I'm always recognized when I come in, I am promptly taken to the back for my procedures, and always treated with a warm and friendly atmosphere. Dr Jones and Deanna, are the very best. Dr Jones has hands like velvet you do not even feel the needle going into your jaw to numb you up. I just about fall asleep when I come to my dentist. Deanna always make sure that you're comfortable, and treated extremely well, she really is very concerned about your overall comfort when you come in to see the dentist. There are not enough stars in this survey to give them. For anyone who has a problem going to a dentist I highly recommend you come to Bremerton dental. They will work very hard to make sure that you are dental insurance is taken care of, I have never had a billing problem. And I know from talking to other patients while waiting to go back, that they will work with you if you need help with taking care of financial problems so you can take care of your dental health Your dental care is there priority! Your health and well-being is their second priority. So I highly urge you if you need dental Care to schedule an appointment and come find out for yourself. For me when I am extremely happy with how I am treated, I use Google to post an excellent review for that person or place. honestly in my opinion it's far better than giving someone a cash tip for great service, you're telling the whole world how happy you are with that person or place. Very respectfully A very happy patient.
I’m 17 weeks pregnant and they treated me with such such kindness, growing up my family didn’t teach hygiene techniques and I think I went to a dentist a total of 4 times in my life. I haven’t taken good care of my teeth and I’ve been trying to break that habit for YEARS, but I chipped my tooth and finally had to make an appointment. I was scared an anxious and didn’t want to be judged, but they made me feel safe and unjudged. I would recommend coming here absolutely wonderful people.
I called because of a terrible toothache and they were able to schedule me the next morning! I liked that I was able to fill out the patient forms through my phone to expedite the process too. I didn’t have to wait long and received excellent care with X-rays and exam. They sent my prescription needed right away to my pharmacy and I’ll be scheduling my root canal when I’m cleared of the infection. Waiting area is nice and so is everyone I interacted with, from front desk to assistant and the dentist. Glad I found this place and it’s close by so bonus!
I had a fine and normal experience when I went here, and I will open with that so as to not make this review unfair, but the way this establishment refused or was somehow, inexplicably unable to to send over my X-ray records to my new dentist has made me upset. For over a week my new dentist waited for my records, that I had already cleared to be released, before I myself had to call and then text to ask about it, after which they took my email and said they would send them. They were open for multiple hours after that conversation and did not send them to me or reach back out. I called the next day, again multiple hours after they had been open and operating for the day, and spoke to the receptionist who was polite and did help me it took all of about 3 minutes but had zero idea what I was even referring to, as clearly she hadn’t been informed. I find it unacceptable that there seems to be such lacking in delegating of tasks and/or communication of needs of patients- which would have ensured I got my records within a reasonable amount of time, instead of less than 48 hours before my oral surgery. It begins to feel like being strong-armed into returning to a previous establishment when they refuse to provide you your records that you need in order to get your care elsewhere- like the city you now live in. And I know they will say they had no intention of withholding them, but that is what happened due to either lack of organization or something else.
Bremerton dental, and staff have always been good to visit and deal with. My insurance Co and them work well, easy appointments, good dental health care. Highly recommended.
I’ve been a patient at this dental practice since 1988. It has changed over the years as it has grown and added more dentists but they have maintained their great customer service and flexibility. A retired dentist gets his care there, what better endorsement?
Really love the team here! We’ve been coming here for 2 years now. They are personable and friendly, and do a great job taking care of my teeth. 10/10 would recommend.
This dental clinic is wonderful! The front desk staff are efficient and friendly! Jeanne the dental hygienist is the best! I drive from over the Hood Canal Bridge to get my teeth cleaned and examined by the best dentists ever! I will continue to use their services until I can no longer drive the distance!
Everyone at Bremerton Dental so professional and friendly. They do a great job with both of my kids and we all appreciate that! Highly recommend this office!
