I originally went to my primary dentist because I was experiencing pain where a previous filling had been placed He told me it was okay and sent me home. A week past and I had to go back again because I was experiencing the same pain. By that time I had to develop an infection. He refused to listen to me and see there was a crack when I was telling him something wasn't right. That denist placed me on antibiotics in order to get the infection down but by that time I was done and took matters into my own hand and begin to search for a new dentist. That's when I stumbled across the Dental group of Evergreen Park. From the very first visit everyone in the office was so polite the atmosphere is very calming and both Dr Klee and Dr Raspberry are the best !!! entist a met in awhile. Mosty importantly the dental hygienists Diane and Eric were so patient and gentle with my cleaning which I appreciate more than anything!¡ Jessica the front desk receptionist was very informative with my situation and explained the best financial options that was suitable for me. Please keep up the excellent service and always take pride in what you do and your rewards will be in abundance.
Let me start by saying that I had a lot of dental work in my teen years and because of my experience I grew to dislike and fear dentists. So much so that I didn't go to one for over 20 years. My wife had a dental emergency last summer and Evergreen Dental Group was the only office in the area that was able to see her that same day. She had a fantastic experience and was able to convince me to go for a checkup. Fighting through my anxiety I made the appointment. This dental group is unlike any I have ever encountered. Everyone has always been so welcoming, comforting, and friendly. Dr. Klee is amazing, a true asset to the practice. He is very personable and professional. He is a wealth of knowledge. His bedside manner is top notch, always explaining what he is doing and making sure the patient is doing OK throughout the procedure. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Klee. All of the hygienists that I have worked with have all been great as well. Gentle, comforting, professional. Helen assisted Dr. Klee today and they make a great team. Helen seemed to anticipate Dr. Klee's needs before they arose and helped everything to go very smoothly. I appreciate that she kept the atmosphere light by cracking a few jokes from time to time throughout my procedure. I am so grateful that I have found my forever dentist. So if you are like me and have grown to fear or dislike going to the dentist do yourself a favor and make an appointment here. Trust me, you'll be glad that you did.
This is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. The staff is awesome. Dr Rasberry is excellent in his work and gentle and a great communicator. Helen is sweet a pie and a conversational person. Dianna is the best hygienist I’ve ever encountered. She’s gentle and such a sweetheart. I love how thorough each of them are and they make sure you understand and you are comfortable. I give all 5 Star.
Dr. Rasberry was excellent! He explained everything and is soft spoken and comforting. I was also very happy with Alex, Tonya and the entire office! They treated me like family. This is MY dental office now.
Dr. Raspberry did a wonderful job with my extraction on a tooth that was broken, he was patient and kept me informed with what he was doing throughout the process which relieved a lot of my anxiousness, it wasn’t a easy extraction because of the tooth being broken but he and his assiyhelen did an amazing job getting the task accomplished. Dr Rasbperry was gentle and friendly he made a very nerve wracking procedure bearable for me.
I have been a patient with Dr. Brendich for over 30 years. Recently I started working with Dr. Tsiao on some complicated dental work. The procedure took almost 2 hrs but between Helen the dental tech and Dr. Tsiao's thorough yet gentle work, I had no discomfort or pain. The two worked like a well oiled machine and Helen never missed one cue from Dr. Tsiao. Helen anticipated my every need and I was never ready to cough from dry mouth, or choke from too much rinse water. They make a great team.
I have been coming here for around 15 years and I can’t say enough about how wonderful the staff has always been. Everyone has always been kind and considerate, and takes the time to explain things to you thoroughly so you feel totally at ease. But most importantly, the dental treatment and services have always been top-notch. Today I was experiencing some pain and called the office. Dr. Rasberry was able to see me in a few hours that same day. I had x-rays done, and a thorough examination. Fortunately, it was not a major issue. But to see me that same day relieved a lot of stress and concern on my part. If you are looking for a dentist I highly recommend them.
Dr. Rasberry and Helen are nothing short of amazing and their chemistry...unmatched. I am comfortable when it comes to the dentist, but they made sure I was relaxed and even laughed a little whenever I came in. I started with a dental emergency and was afraid of not having teeth. Dr. Ras told me I wouldn't leave without teeth and through the process I never did! He also promised me when we were finished I would be satisfied and he was absolutely right! I now have a beautiful permanent bridge that you wouldn't know was there if I didn't tell you! Thanks Dr. Ras and Helen you guys are great!
The staff was great ,Dr.Raspberry was awesome I let him know this is my first time seeing a dentist he assure me everything is going to be ok he explained everything as he was doing the procedure .I can finally say I got a dentist thank you so much
I have been to this dentist 3x and still have not got my tooth pulled because of my blood pressure....I have seen both of the Dental doctors as l call them...Dr. Klee was very informative and very honest with me on how they could not continue with my blood pressure so high...He found me an oral dentist to go to for the same day because he knew l was in pain...Just Awesome...but l didn't like the oral dentist..so l came back on another appt..Blood pressure still off the chain...the third time l saw Dr. Raspberry...Awesome as well..l hate needles...and he wanted to numb me first as he did..He was like don't jump..he stuck me three or four times...and l was saying to myself..okkkkk..not bad...not bad at all..they turned off the lights and let me go and get my ear piece to listen to music to calm me..but of course..thst did not happen...but l will be back and for sure this Monday..l will have to share getting this damnnn tooth out..lol...He was very caring and attentive as well...
