It’s nice to be able to fine a real western store around! They have a lot of stock older and new and have good prices compared to the chain stores. I will be shopping with you folks and hope y’all stay around unlike other western stores that sold out!
My son and I visited the store an were helped right away. The staff is so humble and helped us find what we needed. The store is very neat & organized. I highly recommend this store & we will be back .
Brenham Saddle shop is a first rate purveyor of western wear. Quality hats shaped in shop. Superb prices shirts, with pearl snaps that run the gamut from conservative solids to embroidered, arrow-pocketed showpieces. The friendly and knowledgable staff do Texas proud. Y’all don’t need to take my word for it. Go there yourself. You won’t be sorry you did.
A young man named Sage went out of his way to text me about what Cowboy hats he had that would be suitable for a wedding i needed to attend. Above and beyond his duty. That’s old school service.
Staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Great assortment of boots, shoes and accessories. They also have western clothing, some bedding, jewelry, and other decorations. And the staff is willing to see if they can order anything you may be looking for. Very clean store. Organized and not packed with clothing display racks where it's difficult to move around or find what you're looking for.
Well, don't really know how to start, but I'll try. Customer service is great, if not at times, a tad overbearing. If I'm in there looking for a gift, I don't need someone looking over my shoulder. But, maybe the sales staff are paid more for commission. If I'm looking for myself, point me in the right direction, I'll find myself. Other than that, the place is clean, neat and tidy, the people are the best!
Excellent Service! Fair price on all items. Sales assistant was attentive and helpful without being pushy. Bought a Greely brown hat. The lady wouldn't quit till she had shaped perfectly...instead of the usual "bend " a few creases in it and call it done!! Going back!!
Very cool western store and has some selections I have not seen at other stores. Staff was kind and helpful. Will definitely look at this store swing by this store again when in the area.
