Dr. Brent is the BEST. I drive over 45 mins to come to his office and it is worth the drive. Dr. Brent and his staff care about his patients. They take their time and respect your time. My son loves the dentist and always ask about going to the dentist. A child with no fear of the dentist is a WIN for me. We you Dr. Brent Pediatric Dentistry.
We've been seeing Dr Brent for 10 years and have always had wonderful experiences! Dr Brent is patient and thorough with questions and him and all of his staff are so kind. I recommend his office to everyone I know.!
Dr. Brent is just amazing . All his staff is just wonderful. The lady cleaning my sons teeth went through step by step what she was doing and what was happening next and I think that’s important for children. Very friendly and The doctor came right in without any waiting at all. Very professional and fun and I definitely would recommend this office.
Dr. Brent is a truly amazing dentist. When I was a child I was terrified of going to the dentist. Until I started seeing Dr. Brent. He made me feel comfortable and safe. That was 30 years ago. I now take my children. They love Dr Brent and his staff. You can tell they all love what they do. I couldn't see myself taking my family anywhere else.
Dr. Brent is the best pediatric dentist around!! I was very nervous about taking my toddler to his first dental appointment and now, it excites me knowing my son loves going to see Dr. Brent and all the wonderful ladies that work with him. They are always polite, prompt, and very genuine in their care for my son. They take time to explain what they are going to do and make sure my son is comfortable. I will not take him anywhere else. I would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone with kids! They are amazing!!! Thank you Dr. Brent and staff for being so wonderful!
I've been taking my kids to Dr. Brent since my oldest was one year old. It's been 10 years now, and the staff is still the best around! Dr. Brent and all of his staff are very friendly and really strive to keep a relaxed, worry-free atmosphere. My kids enjoy their visits and say, "It's the best dentist office in the whole world, because the people are always so nice to you, and they don't jam the floss way down in your gums." There's a lot to be said for a dental office where the kids actually look forward to their visits. Thank you Dr. Brent and staff, for making these past 10 years great!
We love Dr. Brent and his staff. They are always friendly and very professional. My youngest was terrified of going to the dentist after a bad experience at a different place when he was a toddler. Dr. Brent and his staff have been so patient and understanding, and have exceeded my expectations in helping him overcome his fears. Now he looks forward to his checkups and cleanings. Receptionist is also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Brent's practice for anyone looking for a great dentist for their kids!
Dr. Brent is the most amazing dentist I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. I only wish I knew about him when my older kids were little. He puts my daughter who was once scared of dentists at total ease. He takes time to make her feel comfortable and talks to her and lets her know what he's going to do. He even checked her teddy bears teeth to make sure he had no cavities. All the ladies are amazing as well. Everyone is so friendly and genuinely care about the kids. This is the best bunch of people ever.
My first visit was good. Dr Humphrey rushed at the end which caused a bit of pain for my son but all was well at the end of that appointment. Today 5-3-2022 on the other hand was the most painful things to watch. My son was in agony!!!! They either did not wait for the numbing cream to kick in, or they didn't administer it at all!!! There is no way!!!!!!! Growing up I have NEVER felt anything at the dentist. I was not in the room at first because I had my daughter and siblings are not allowed in the back rooms. Therefore, I couldn't witness if they indeed gave the medicine or not. I can admit that as a person of color, I have trust issues when it comes to correct treatment of medical care. That being said, my son was in pure agony!!! The most pain he has ever felt in his life!!! He is now TERRIFIED of going to the dentist. Not to mention he has high function autism. I have never felt PAIN with a numbing shot. I am very saddened and hurt from today. I've never had cappings or fillings of any sort so I don't personally know the process. I've had extractions and have NEVER felt anything so I didn't think much of it. I'm truly disgusted today and if it wasn't for the fact that the process was already started by the time I got back there.... WE WOULD HAVE LEFT!!!!!!! NO CHILD SHOULD EVER FEEL THAT KIND OF AGONY!!!! THEN THEY TRIED TO CONVINCE ME IT WAS BECAUSE HE WAS UNFAMILIAR OF THE NUMBING SENSATION. WHEN I ASKED HIM... HE SAID IT HURT! While everyone is nice and everything I personally left with a distaste for this establishment... seeing your child in pain like that is one of the hardest things to endure. I left feeling as though I failed him....
My kids love going to Dr. Brent's office! Almost as much as i did as a kid! They remind ME of their appointments. The staff is so fun and caring. They build a relationship with each one. Never pushing treatments on you... just a great place with integrity.
