Very pleased with our visit. Excellent staff! Yes they do not want parents in the area during exams, but they will let you go back to discuss visit, and care afterwards. Very nice, spacious waiting area. Easy to find once you manage the one way roads!
We’ve been going to see Dr. Moody and Dr. Heim for about 5 years now. My kids have had fillings and extractions and they still love going to the dentist! The staff makes it an enjoyable experience for the kids, and I am always surprised at how fast they come back out to the lobby. Dr. Moody has even answered after-hours questions when we had a broken tooth and was very quick to help ease our concerns. Very thankful for PDS!
It is very unfortunate that their "independent dental experience" has no exceptions, especially for procedures! My child is very independent and did well during his exam, but he needs a cavity filled and they will be giving him laughing gas. My child has never had laughing gas and I prefer to be with him for a procedure. I would recommend they update their website to reflect more honesty stating, "no parents allowed, no exceptions".
Dr Moody and staff are wonderful! So wonderful in fact that when I asked my son what he was looking forward to the most in the new year he reply, “Going to the dentist.” Dr Moody and staff not only take great care of our kiddos’ teeth, they also helps create a foundation of great experiences to build upon for a lifetime of dental care.
Dr. Heim and the staff make my boys feel comfortable. They love getting a new toothbrush goody bag and toy when they leave! They go straight to the play room in the lobby. She informs me of everything she did and what they could improve on. We are thankful for a great dentist! J & Hank The Tank Schulhoff
My children have been seen by several different dentist, but our experience with Dr Moody’s office far exceeds expectations. We have had extensive dental work and all 3 of our children ages 2 to 8 still love going to the dentist… smiles going in and smiles as they leave. To have a good dental experience as a child sets you up for how you will feel about the dentist for the rest of your life. I 1,000% recommend Dr Moody and his team!
Dr. Heim and her staff are absolutely wonderful. My kids love visiting their office and actually look forward to getting their teeth cleaned and checked. I highly recommend them!

Dr. Heim is so great with kids! She is very patient and takes a conservative dental approach while giving the parents several options. My kids are never super excited to see any medical provider but it definitely helps coming here!
Dr. Moody is an incredibly kind and gifted dentist. He and the staff have a wonderful way with kids- highly recommend!
