Rented a place here sight unseen because of location, amenities and price point and couldn’t have been happier. On site maintenance was always all over any issues, office staff was very friendly and helpful and the apartment itself was spacious and nice for the price I was paying. Easily better than any rental experience I’ve had on the west coast, would definitely rent from this company again.
My husband and I lived here for 2 years, and during our time living here we had a good experience for the most part. Maintenance was always exceptional! They’re quick to fix anything and they’re all so nice and personable. Everyone in the office was always helpful, especially in our second year. The main disappointment was the costs associated with moving out. We ended up having to break our lease early which came with a fee that was 2x the monthly rent, and required 60 days notice. As I’m sure is the case most of the time when breaking a lease, it happened suddenly and we had to move within 30 days so this lead to us paying a significant fine plus double rent for a month. Once we moved out we were also charged $1200 for carpet replacement. In total it cost us almost $5000. The $1200 for the carpet has to be paid in 15 days and can only be paid by mailing a check to the corporate office, or paying a $15 fee to call and pay by card. For the large amount we have to pay this process is extremely inconvenient and seems super outdated. This had happened to 2 other people I know that lived in this complex while I was living there so I had some inclination to be expecting it, but I do wish I had known these things before I decided to live here as it would have made me think twice.
Very happy here. As a wheelchair bound person, can’t express how happy I am with the wider hallways and doorways. Maintenance is beyond excellent. Quick responses, and problem’s always resolved. Also, great neighbors. Love living here.
Love this complex. We have been here over a year and a half. Like every location they have good and bad issues but this location is convenient and in a good area The maintenance crew is great, the office team is available when needed
The maintenance man that took my call on Sunday July 2nd regarding the water not heating up like normal lately told ne he would look into it . After about 10-15 minutes later he did a follow up call to let me know what was going on and better yet explained it. Great Service!!!
In my 3 years here, have never had an issue. Maintenance responds very quickly and does a great job. Office staff and friendly and the grounds are kept very neat.
Move-in process was quick and easy! Very accommodating.Being pet friendly is the best part of it all!
Brentwood Park Apartments is the BEST!!! I have lived in a few apartments in Omaha over the years, this is the best. Maintenance and Office Staff are amazing.
Sent a general work request at about 5 pm Thursday and he was at my door at 9am Friday -Great maintenance crew!
I've been a tenant here for the past 4 years and I will continue to be for many more to come! Gas and water are included in your rent, the only utility you pay for is electricity. Your electrical bill won't be much, because these apartments are extremely well insulated. I live on the third floor with GORGEOUS vaulted ceilings and our average for a very spacious 2 bed/2 bath is about 70$ a month. And we keep it COLD in the summer. Additionally, I hardly even notice that I have neighbors. You can hear some noise in the hallways, but as soon as you shut your apartment door... glorious silence! The other tenants are polite and we've gotten to know our neighbors pretty well. The office staff is super helpful! Maintenance is quick and friendly they always take a few extra minutes to pet the cats. Parking here is a literal DREAM! The farthest I've had to park is a couple hallways down and that's only been a few times in 4 years. Plus the inclusion of a washer and drier IN UNIT has made life so much better than my days of late night laundromat trips! The neighborhood around the complex is quiet and safe, especially with the La Vista police station just a couple minutes away. Close to restaurants and shopping, but not surrounded by city noise. And right down the street from the Rotella factory, so if the wind hits right all you smell is fresh baked bread. The only thing that was a little off-putting at the start was the fact that they require you use their internet provider. It's Bloom Broadband. But we have had ONE issue in LITERALLY 4 YEARS. We pay $60 for the second highest tier. We stream via netflix, hulu, etc. every day, plus we both game online, and I stream games on Twitch. The internet MORE than keeps up. All in all, I love this place and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else!
