Clean, maintained, and management and staff are very friendly. New management really cares about the park and puts a lot of effort and time into everything. A breath of fresh air for this place. You have many different kinds of people here, true culture. It's really enjoyable. You have those who want their space, and then those who want to wave and smile, as well as the few older folks who want to hang around and chat. There are families and kids running around playing. They really take safety seriously and please do ask for people to slow down to be aware of the kids and accidental rare occasion of a pet escaping outside. During the day, you have your quiet times and spots, and other times people get out of work or are getting work done and are living their lives. The many times we visited our friends here, we've seen the changes over the past six years. We really appreciate the care our friends have.
Parents have lived here for yrs. It's where I grew up, good place
I love this place its clean,friendly and a Super Park Manager and She's very kind and friendly person to know, and our maintenance guy is just as friendly and kind and willing to go the extra mile to do something for you! I should know this you guessed it We have lived in this park going on 6 years!!
Looks very nice and seem very friendly. But I can never get them to call back. They tell me of things for sale but I can never see inside. They tell me they don't have prices but say they will have them but never contact me back to tell me the prices or let me see the home inside. Tell me I can drive past. If I am.buying a home I want to see the inside.
*second update* we received a small portion of our deposit. Still not recommending. *Update* They answered a letter I sent and removed part of the damages they considered wear and tear. Still charging us for 3 months water bill even when I paid Octobers. Waiting on a check. Currently waiting for our deposit back or a letter telling us why we aren't getting it. We moved out on 10/29/2021, but getting no updates. Was told they damaged it out, but law states we are suppose to get documentation. And yes they have our forwarding address.
I love my new home! There were minor repairs I had to fix, other than that everything is great! A new entry sign would be a great curb appeal, our current one is outdated and easy to miss when driving. I wanted to update this review, Nancy has done a wonderful job at our community. Speed bumps have been added and a new sign to our front entry it’s beautiful and bright you cannot miss our community at night. Thank you and Sun Community for giving my family and I a beautiful place we love to call home!
Looking for a mobile home, this is the place to call home. You won’t be disappointed, the community manager is very helpful and friendly. The community is a friendly one.
This park likes to keep your deposit also they like to charge you for months that your not there. They want to charge me for July when I was moved out June 8th... If I don't get my deposit I will be turning them in to the business bureau....Also these people don't like getting back to you its been going on for 6 months and still they never contacted me back...
Loud music all the time and cars speeding, not very good for people that want it peaceful, Management does nothing even though it's in the contract to not disrupt others
I should have ran from the beginning. Promises never kept from the beginning. Can move in right away, nope, finally 2 months later. Have to pay extra here, blamed on having a new manager. Most of the issues I had could have been solved with some minor fore thought and without setting up the customer for failure. After moving in the place was still bad. Was told numerous times that keys would be replaced to standard locks and they never were. No blind for bathroom after numerous contacts to office. Screen doors never shut right. Thier fix was a hammer, never did fix. Brought up numerous safety issues with windows not opening properly. This was a brand new home. So the extra time to move in might have been acceptable, but after moving in they still had various reapirs to complete. Plumbing backed up, windows not operating, blinds not on, stove not properly working, and many more. Was told I could park work trailer off street if I put down pavers via request form, after approved and installed. Then "corporate" drove thru and told me it had to be removed. When moving out they decided to charge for paint after telling me they always paint when a tenant moves out and please don't paint. No interest paid on security deposit. Gift cards promised never to arrive. The lies and misdirects from Sun Home and Edward Kape were to numerous to list. Renter/buyer beware! The lease rates are high. The customer service is deplorable. The communication is non existent. I am not sure if this is true of all Sun Homes properties but it is not a good sign for the company.
