Dr. Hester is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. It’s amazing to to watch him and his staff work. They are extremely friendly, coordinated, and professional. I called them at 5:30am in the morning before business hours and received an automated text message, to which I responded to by telling them my issue. I received a call from his office at 6:30am before business hours notifying me that they had an opening at 7am if I could make it. Long story short, they were able to see me and resolve my in my opinion dental emergency. If I could give them a 10 review I would. His time is worth every penny and I feel like it was a blessing to find out about him. Thank you Dr. Hester and staff.
I like to say thanks to Dr. Hester staff from time you walk into the door until the time you leave their customer service is very professional they did an outstanding job of redoing my mouth and making my teeth beautiful and perfectly Dr. Brett Hester is the best Dentist I have ever been to… I like to say thank you to the entire team y’all have been outstanding and thanks again for my beautiful teeth all I can do is smile..
I’ve been using Dr. Brett Hester for many years. His patient care is top notch! He is kind and caring and values his patients. I highly recommend him! His office manager, Christina, is very helpful when we have questions and when scheduling appointments to meet the needs of my family. The office is filled with friendly faces and truly make you feel at ease.
Definitely recommend Dr. Hester if you are looking for a dentist! He makes trips to the dentist less “scary” and it is evident he cares for his patients. Staff is great too. Christina is always very helpful if I ever have any questions!
If you are looking for the best dentist around, Dr Hester is the one. After having some dental work, I hit a bump in the road and Dr Hester and his staff went above and beyond to handle the situation until they could get me back in the office ASAP. From the very first appointment when I stepped in that office, I felt as if I had known Dr Hester and his staff my whole life. Everyone there is nothing short of amazing. We need more dentist like him and I am thankful for the opportunity to be one of his patients and not only that, but a friend. I could go on and on calling out names, but would be afraid of leaving someone out because everyone has been great. All I can say is “Get you a dentist like mine!”
I had such a great experience. Every procedure was explained prior to completing. Dr. Hester was very nice and gentle, and Christina was wonderful explaining to me my insurance information. I love the staff and how reassuring everyone was during my procedure there.
I had a broken tooth that needed pulled for almost a year now. I was terrified of going to the dentist though. A friend recommended Dr. Hester and I'm so glad they did! I was still very scared when I went in but he and his assistant, Nat, were very accommodating to my concerns and fear. He even stopped mid-yank because I had a question it was quick and painless and I'll definitely be back for any future dental work! The day after was a breeze I should add. A little sore but much more manageable than the throbbing pain before.
So thankful for the staff & Dr. Hester. They went above & beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I was nervous & upset but they were very patient with me. They walked me thru everything. I definitely recommend a 10/10. If you're looking for a dentist Brett Hester is the place to go!
Brought my two children in for first visit today and was very impressed with the cleanliness of the office and the professional staff! Dr. Hester was very attentive and listened to my concerns. Special thanks to Katie for being so awesome and easing my sons anxiety and making his experience positive! Also KP was just as great with my other son and helped him understand the importance of brushing his teeth well!! Would recommend these guys to anyone!!
During the last ten 10 years, I have received numerous treatments for nerve pain in my cervical spine, head, neck and upper shoulder areas. My treatments included: physical therapy, steroid injections, and disc replacement surgery. The replacement surgery worked very well for several years, but due to deterioration in adjacent discs for which surgery is not recommended at this time, I have had additional steroid injections and ablation procedures for nerve pain with little to no relief. During my routine visit to Dr. Brett Hester, I mentioned my neck/muscle pain problems and my inability to get sleep, even with muscle relaxers and non-steroidal medication. Dr. Hester mentioned Botox Therapy might relieve some of the pain I was experiencing. After discussing his suggestion with my neurosurgeon and receiving her input, I asked Dr. Hester if he was willing to administer the Botox Treatment. Thankfully he said yes! Now, three weeks after the Botox injections, I have significantly less pain in my neck and shoulder muscles. I have almost eliminated my use of muscle relaxers and pain medication, and I am sleeping better than I have in years. While I know the treatments only last three to four months, this treatment is the best I have had in years. Thank you, Dr. Hester! Randy Sanders
