Founded in 1975, the Brewery Arts Center (BAC) is one of Greater Tahoe/Reno’s most active cultural centers. Located in the historic district in the foothills of Carson City, the BAC hosts hundreds of events and activities each year in multiple facilities. Events include theater productions, concerts, art classes, kid’s programs, film screenings, recitals and receptions. With an annual budget of $600,000, the BAC also operates Access Carson City Charter Cable Channels 10 and 26, the Nevada Artist Association Gallery, the Artisans’ Store, and is home to Foodies Bystro. The Brewery Arts Center is committed to presenting and promoting art, arts programming and cultural events for all ages through its facilities and resources to the community of Carson City and the surrounding area.
