At this time Dr. Nyberg does not contract with insurance companies at this location. He is an out-of-network provider. Upon request, our office will mail you a superbill (receipt) for you to submit to your insurance company. Our office in no way guarantees services will be reimbursed by your insurance company. You will be responsible for contacting your insurance company to obtain reimbursement from them. You are financially responsible for your sessions payable to Dr. Nyberg.
