Brian was born and raised in the Willmar area. He owned and operated Nelson Marine in Spicer for over 18 years. In addition, for the past 26 years he has owned and operated Nelson Tours, taking snowmobilers, ATV riders and motorcycle riders to vacation destinations throughout the US.
Therefore he knows and understands business insurance as well as personal insurance and would be happy to help you with any needs you might have.
Brian comes from a background of insurance, his great-grandfather and grandfather, Sigurd Nelson, owned and operated the Nelson Insurance Agency in Kandiyohi for over 80 years.
Brian lives in the Spicer area with his favorite companion, "Storm." Brian has one son Sean, who lives in Fargo and attends NDSU. He is a member of Peace Lutheran Church in New London.
