Brian's bread the owner used to work for San Luis sourdough. He is walking in the same footsteps is San Luis sourdough success. Cracked wheat sourdough is outstanding. Always a great price wonderful product. Always fresh a lot of the local restaurants using Brian's bread par-baked bread for their dinner
I don't know how they stay in buisiness when nobody returns your phone calls to place order. Ihave called every day for 3 days we needed bread for an event. But couldn't get anybody to answer a phone or even call back.
Excellent bread! We love the sliced loaf, it's our favorite sandwich bread. My kids love it and will eat it straight out of the bag.
Totally disgusting! Some of the employees don't ever wash their hands and their hands get cut up from packaging the bread talk about a health hazard! THE manager Bryce had employees wear gloves and hair nets only the day the health department came. The rest of the time they just contaminate the bread with blood and germs!
