I called to set up a same-day delivery and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. They didn't have everything in stock for the particular arrangement, but helped me substitute for very complimentary pieces. It was a very speedy delivery and the receiver loved the arrangement. I am so happy I chose Briarwood!

Briarwood was fantastic. I made a purchase of a funeral arrangement, only to find out after the fact that the funeral home wasn't listed as one of their delivery options. I called them the next day and they assured me they'd make sure they got to the funeral home, no questions asked. They helped make a really difficult time less so, with just that one single selfless act. Would recommend them to anyone needing floral services, as they are willing to go above and beyond for their clientele.

I had to order flowers for a graveside funeral for my mom and wanted something specific that isn’t the usual “funeral” flowers. They were so nice and very accommodating. I feel I made exactly the right choice for the flowers. It’s hard enough to bury a parent and dealing with all the minutiae that accompanies such a difficult time can be overwhelming.
