10/10 highly recommend BOTH doctors. My son had his tongue tie release at 4yrs old and I tell you the staff and doctor made him and me who has severe anxiety when it comes to the dentist feel so comfortable and explained everything. Will definitely be using for all of my kids.
My wife and I were looking for a new pediatric dentist for our kids and we couldn’t have been happier in finding Dr. Austin. Our son needed to get some procedure done and we are please in the way they handle everything. Dr.Austin was so informative about everything he was doing and he made sure to explain everything to our son as well. We were allowed to come back and watch the entire thing. We have never had an experience where we were able to watch them do extraction or anything else that needed to be done before. We are so happy that this is our new dentist for our children. You will not be disappointed in picking him as your child dentist.
First they said they don't accept medicaid for my childs . They charge $200 for first visit and treated for my son teeth. Second visit they told me the prices of my child treatment in amounts of like $1500 . I said I cannot afford that then they said they accepted medicaid and insurance. Third visit are almost $2800! But they put a small kids into some strong medicine . Should not go there if you are really care about your childs
Dr. Buddy is a godsend! My daughter was Absolutely traumatized by the dentist at Mississippi smiles. And he made her love the dentist! They let her check out the x-ray machines and she even got to work on a unicorn with instruments so she is no longer scared. She can't wait to go back and that makes me as a mom very happy!! 5 stars all day!!
Dr.Mcmurphy and staff is beyond amazing. They have made my children feel comfortable and I never have to worry about the level of care they will receive. My 5 and 7 year old beg to go to the dentist and love going. I couldn’t choose a better place for them to receive dental care from. Highly recommend
Dr Buddy is a great dentist. He takes the time to explain everything that he's doing to the children to make them as comfortable as possible. He showed them there instruments before he used them in their mouth to keep them from being scared of what he's doing. His facility is very nice. He has games for them to play while they wait. The staff is very nice and professional.
Love these guys. Dr Austin is the reason my son doesn't hate going to the dentist. He will even WANT to go see Dr Austin when he doesn't need to. Dr Austin and Dr Buddy are both so kind and caring that it's hard to even put into words. They both seem to genuinely care about my son as a human instead of having us feel like just another patient. Dr. Austin explains the process directly to my kid in a way that he can understand by making it a fun and easy thing. Previous dentists that were supposedly pediatric focused, had him terrified to where they would end up holding or strapping him down while he cried and screamed the whole appt. We both despised any dental visit after a couple of those experiences that were supposed to cater to and be good with children. I found Dr. Austin after that and from the very first appt at their office, the difference has been absolutely astonishing. Even til this day, I still leave amazed at how wonderfully painless the whole appointment is. Instead of being strapped or held down, my son will get up into the chair on his own.. with a smile. Even on a random day, my son will tell me he wants to go see Dr Austin or call to tell him something we don't bother them like that, but like what kid loves their dentist that much?? it's so sweet. I tell everyone with a kid to go see Dr Austin and Dr Buddy. Dr Austin is the one that works on my son, but even Dr Buddy is always there between his own patients to cheer him on and high five him for just coming in while being there to assure and show care to me as well. I can't really explain how grateful for both of them we are. They're seriously the absolute best.
I canceled my appointment and was charged a $50 cancelation fee. I explained to the office that when I went to check my daughter out of school and I was told she was testing and would not be able to retake the standardized test again. I immediately called the dentists office and explained this to them. It was a few hours before the appointment. They said they would ask Dr. Brice if he would waive the fee. He would not. My child is 13 and has been a patient since she was 2. I have out of network insurance so I pay the entire amount for services every time she has an appointment. I feel that they should do a better job with their cancelation fee because they lost way more than $50. Her procedure was going to be over $200. Oh well it was just God's way to tell me it was time to go. There were other things that bothered me that I won't mention, that myself and my husband did not like. I gave them 2 stars because my daughter liked them.
The best of the best! Dr. Buddy and Dr. Austin are hands down the best. They take time to explain everything to both the parents and the kids. My little one was very hesitant to see the dentist, everyone there was patient with her and took the time to show her everything they were going to do. AND now they even have a laser that requires no numbing shots which makes for easy and painless filling! This is the place to bring your children for the best dental care!!
For many years I have heard so many great thing about this facility that's why I started coming here... The customer service is exceptional, everyone is so friendly, from the receptionist, to the techs to Dr. Buddy.. The care he provides is amazing.. We love this place..
