My experience here as been nothing but amazing from the time I walked in the door of not initially having a appointment Mrs. Betty the owner took the time to show and let me try on some wedding dresses. The 1st initial dress that was my dress I called and asked about the exchange policy to Mrs. Betty explaining the policy to me for 1 exchange. Upon returning Devin chimed in to get the most available dresses to me that I was explaining that I wanted more for my upcoming wedding. Mrs. Betty chose my dress and my mom and myself fell right for. This place is highly recommended for all your bridal needs Mrs. Betty has been patient, understanding and honestly she knows a woman’s style. Devin lights up the place with his personality. I love this place. Can’t wait for my wedding day to show my dress off. Thanks so much for all this place has done for me
As a first time bride and visiting my first ever bridal shop at that was extremely disappointing and sad. As soon as we walk in a lady asks in a very monotone voice asking if we needed help to which we said that we were just looking and as we turn to our right it was like a mess of wedding dresses and was extremely hard to walk through. While we looked at what we could a associate came up to us and told us we had to have an appointment to try on a dress and he had acted as though my friends and I were not welcomed in the store. It was such a negative and discouraging experience and the employees need a attitude adjustment and should be very clear on the “you need an appointment” policy and have more signs stating that…
Went here with my daughter for a homecoming dress. Was helped right away by the staff. Didn't feel pressured in any way. Being a man and going into boutiques and dress shops is often awkward for the staff and for me. I didn't feel that way at all while visiting. My input with my daughter and the staff was respected. Most places treate me as if I don't know anything, but I didn't feel that way here. Any alterations are taken care of "in house" instead of looking for another place to get alterations done. Prices are a little above average but are still competitive with other shops like this. We will definitely be back in the future.
I came in looking for a last minute dress and shoes, which is hard because I'm short and have tiny feet. I loved his attitude and he found me a great dress and shoes. Highly recommend!
Our initial shopping experience was good, although the store was super cluttered and chaotic. Our sales person was helpful in getting us a fitting room and taking dresses we no longer wanted. But…. Do NOT allow this shop to suggest or do any alterations. The sales person was not experienced enough to be pinning or suggesting alterations and the “seamstress” that performed the alterations butchered a $300 plus $60 for the alterations to the point where it could not be worn. Since we had this experience, I know of 4 others that have had their dresses ruined by their alterations department.
Okay. So I brought my wedding gown here. I put it on layaway and they were amazing through the process. And when it can to getting it altered to what I wanted they were on top of it Even when I freaked out they stayed calm reassuring me that it would be ready and perfect and it was everything I wanted it to be. I'm so thankful they had a part in my dream wedding.and I'll be back for future prom dresses.

I had an amazing experience at Bridal & Gift Gallery. As a plus size girl I have always struggled with finding the perfect dress, this was the first place I shopped for my wedding dress and within 30 minutes I found my perfect dress. The owner Betty was very friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable and confident. I highly recommend!
