Description

Opened our doors in May 1999, purchased property in March 2005 by Paul and Lu Ann Vander Zanden of Little Chute. Family owned company with customer service as it's primary focus. We carry everything a bridal group should need for the wedding Bridal/Tuxedos/Mothers/Bridesmaids/Flowergirls/Tiaras/Veils/Slip Rentals/Shoes/Jewelry/purses/shoes/Miche Bags/Invitations/Shawls/In house alterations and recommendations for other wedding services! Prom Gowns in the Fox Valley and quincineras are very cost effective.

I would recommend this place to anyone! I wanted a wedding dress with sleeves and after trying a bunch on at other shops I realized how itchy sleeves can be. I mentioned this to the staff and they put me in a dress with sleeves that were extremely soft and not itchy - I fell in love instantly! I was also able to buy off the rack because this store keeps their dresses in bags and in good condition so it was in perfect shape and I was able to save some money by purchasing off the rack. For the men's tuxes I also got an amazing deal through a special they ran for Valentines day in 2017. Overall had very good experiences with this shop.
Bought a dress for my boyfriends sons wedding in September. Bridal Elegance had a huge selection and the staff was very helpful. I received alot of compliments on my dress.
My fiance went to Bridal Elegance to get a wedding dress. She was so pleased and excited when she told me about her visit and she bought her dress there. She told me the salesperson was knowledgeable, quick, knew her dresses, courteous, and in general wonderful to work with. With all her inventory of quality dresses to see, why would someone buy on line when you can see it on you! I encourage you to shop at Bridal Elegance fir the best possible dress buy experience.
Wow & Wow what a selection of great quality of wedding gowns. I found my wedding dress of my dreams. ‍And Lu Ann & staff was so helpful & attentive . And so much accessories of great quality for my wedding day to boot. And my matron of honor was so ecstatic to find a great dress of good quality.
We were there today to look for mother of the bride dresses for my Mom for my wedding. We walked in and 2 associates made eye contact with me but did not say anything. Finally, when one was done with her customer she acknowledged us. I told her we had an appointment. She gave us a very small explanation of where the dresses were and then said she would clear a room for us. When we had about 10 dresses picked out she put them in the room. That was ALL the help she gave us! My 2 sisters and I helped my mom with dresses and we were out of there in a total of 20 minutes. She never came to check on us or ask how it went! While we liked some of the dresses, we’d never buy it from there because of the awful service! They are by appointment only so it had nothing to do with being busy. They thoroughly treated us like we were a bother to them!
I called around 11:30 am on Monday, when I was shopping in Green Bay to see when their shop would close. She told me 12:00, but said they will stay open for me after taking my name also, as they know it took a bit to get there. When I arrived Missy helped me right away. I am mother of the groom and really don't enjoy shopping ever in my life. She listened to what I prefer the dress to be like and colors, etc, and gathered me so many to try on. They were all really pretty but nothing I liked a lot. Then I found one that was perfect. Missy helped again... found me earrings, shoes, and a purse. Perfect. This place has a very wide variety of choices and I walked out knowing I had everything for the July wedding. Thank you Missy. I will recommend this place to everyone with any wedding needs.
Went to Bridal Elegance to look for dresses for my girls. Dresses needed to be a specific color and were needed asap no time to order. They were super helpful and pulled many dresses that would fit the color so we found the perfect ones !! Thank you Bridal Elegance for your help. We will most definitely be back !
Purchased a beautiful wedding dress and I LOVE it! The customer service was great, they greeted us and helped us search for a wedding dress right away. They helped me get dresses in the dressing room and recommended a whole bunch of veil and belt styles, so it was nice to see a variety. I had a budget but the dress was too beautiful to pass up so I ended up spending double the price because I couldn't find a dress that I like for the price that I want, so that was my fault. They don't have too much on sale so that was another down for me. Their seamstress, Mary Lynn, is pretty easy to work with as long as you don't break contact with her. My relationship started off rocky with her as she said she wasn't entirely sure what I wanted with the dress but never called me to double check just to be sure so I let a whole month go by, thinking she was doing alterations. There was less than a month left to go and she understood that I was quite upset and made it up to me by making my dress alterations a priority, 3 weeks before my wedding day. Though I believe that the price for alterations is a bit pricey, I appreciate the fact that Mary Lynn has been doing this for years and is basically a pro at it so I didn't mind the price. She works pretty well under pressure too, so if you are unsure about your current seamstress, just pay her price and she will do a REALLY good job. My overall experience at this place is very good. The workers are generally friendly but Mary Lynn made the place more enjoyable with her willing to work for you and around your schedule.
Bought my wedding dress at Bridal Elegance, Lu Ann did an amazing job! I loved my dress! She’s a wonderful person! & a wonderful person to work with! Definitely great at her job!
I purchased a dress with the plan to change the off the shoulder to over the shoulder straps. The shop assistant who mostly left us alone said it could be done "no problem". The seamstresses I talked to were split on how "doable" that would be so it would look good. After going to multiple, the one the store manager said I had to go to that she knows, said yes it could be done. Because their seamstress said yes they won't take the dress back which after the grief of this I no longer like and have my doubts about how it will look. They have a No Return policy which they don't tell you about. It's hand written on receipt which I looked at the numbers not the words. Had I know I wouldn't have bought the dress on the chance it couldn't be modified. I am unhappy with the store and staff not the seamstress. She was very nice. I have never seen her work but she has been doing the work a long time.
