Got two calls from them when I never have or never lost them will as I live almost 100 miles away.
This is BY far the worst dental clinic I’ve ever been to. I drive over an hour to come here and they sent me away because I had a child of the age of 4 with me. They stated their “rooms are too small” for an extra person. It was just me and a child. Absolutely ridiculous. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. They simply did not care.
This hospital is horrendous. The doctor messed my medical chart up and made me think I had a disease for years. Refused to own up to the mistake, made me get tested just to prove in the end she messed my chart up. Refused to call and talk to me and had a nurse do it. Did not take corrective measures to report the mistake to the proper places. I am still trying to fix them and have given them a call and they refuse to return my call. Maybe a lawsuit will open their eyes a bit!
My dentist was neglectful of filling a cavity a year and a half ago. If she filled it right away, I wouldn't have to search high and low for a place that would do a root canal under my insurance. I called 20 other offices and no one would take me. Thanks for the medical neglect. Now I'll have no choice but to get my tooth pulled.
I was fired for assuming I had a concussion and I might not be able to do my job. They did not know yet. Then HR tells you when you are better to let them know so they can look for openings. Then strangley hr never reached out. Horrible experience and not sure how they justified firing me with no information. Just don't work there.
Waited months for my autistic son's dental appointment just to have the dentist walk him out 10 minutes later and explain to me in a highly annoyed tone that he was too difficult. Found out later that they offer gas, but never offered it to my son for some reason. My son was in pain and I found this experience grossly unethical. Do not recommend unless you are truly desperate, then you still shouldn't go here. Only upside is their awesome reception staff.
From the moment you walk in the door, COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT DENTAL STAFF. The worst part is that there is ZERO quality control, and the dental director does not followup whatsoever. I am reporting them to the dental board for negligence and incompetence. Save yourself from the dental clinic! My dentures look 4 months to get place, and the dentist kept taking poor impressions so that the dentures were not fitting at all. They tried telling me that ‘it’s just the way dentures were’. When I pressed to take another impression, the dentist realized the dentures were not flush with my gums whatsoever! That’s 4 months of not eating solid foods. PLEASE do yourself a favor and do not come here for dental work. I wish I could do it all over again somewhere else: I imagine most of their clients come for the ‘affordable’ services. But that’s if you ever receive care.
Great place to go if you have Badgercare, mainly cause its pretty much the only place in Marathon county that takes it? Drs are great, staff is friendly. Unfortunately they are insanely over booked or understaffed; I was seen for tooth pain in November and was told id be put on a call list for an available opening they estimated January, its now May and im having extreme pain and when i called i got the same line, "you'll be put on a call list." And when I asked about emergency care they said that they no longer provide emergency care and that my only way to get an appointment is to call everyday to see if someone canceled for the next day.
This place is a joke! The receptionist marked me as a no-show although I was there. Nobody was at the desk to help me. So the 1st thing that happens is I'm marked as a no-show. When I asked her why I was a no-show when I was there, she said I didn't check in. I said there was nobody at the desk to check me in! She told me it was my fault not her fault for not being there to do her job! I got a tooth filled. The dentist & nurse were very very very RUDE. The nurse huffed & puffed the ENTIRE time. She did the eye roll thing, & the leaning on one hip thing, & the heavy annoyed breathing thing, the huffing & puffing thing. Near the very end of the appointment I told the dentist that I could still feel a high spot on my tooth. He asked for the time, said it was fine, said I was done, & without further notice, both of them left the office, leaving me there in the chair, with an unfinished job. I called the office the day after, after the anesthesia wore off. I needed my tooth filling ground down more because it was causing so much pain I couldn't eat. The same dumb receptionist said I couldn't get in for another 2 months. I tried explaining that the job was left undone & that it was causing severe pain! She said I couldn't get in because it was "policy". Had to go to another dentist who could get me in same day I called to get my filling ground down. NO THANKS TO BRIDGE STREET DENTAL! This place is UNPROFESSIONAL & VINDICTIVE! The supervisor wouldn't even return my call. Great way to evade responsibility! I would NOT recommend this "clinic" to anyone!
I am so disappointed with my recent visit.I take an estrogen patch due to a hysterectomy. I typically go in once a year and receive a prescription for the rest of the year.Due to my new insurance company I was told I needed to use a different pharmacy. I did, received my patch which was a different brand but, thought nothing of it until a few weeks later when I began feeling very ill because these new patches weren't working. I spoke with a nurse at bridge and asked her to please send my prescription to walgreens instead so that I could get back on the brand I usually use. The nurse tells me that she sent my prescription over to Walgreens to get filled. After hours waiting for a call from Walgreens I called to see if my prescription was ready and was told that it was denied by bridge because it had already been filled. So here I sit without any working hormones and sick as a dog. This goes beyond being unprofessional!
