I moved my mom’s and daughter’s prescription last year and almost every time that I need to pick up something, despite calling in advance there is always an issue… they either haven’t process the order, or the name is wrong, or they don’t have everything ready… can’t wait to switch back to my previous pharmacy in Richmond Hill
I just recently changed my pharmacy to Total health. I have never been so satisfied. From the staff, to the care of each customer, is truly amazing. They are all so helpful and aim to please every and each customer. They truly care about you. Very helpful and with the best customer satisfaction and services. I highly recommend this place. After all my years with many different ones, I can honestly say I'm so glad I've switched. I will never go elsewhere again. And bonus to have a great drive thru. Thank you All for all you do. Very very slow response they said 15 minutes wait to make ready medicine .But I’m waiting there was like one hour then they make it ready .very slow service man.
This level of service is what all pharmacies should aspire to! Incredibly helpful and always have time for advice or recommendations; you never feel rushed. Quick to catch any mistakes in scripts and it is never a bother to fax my Dr. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Great prices too! Mobility aids are significantly less than any other store. They have a customer for life here!
They're super helpful and friendly, when i call they pick up and they even do deliveries when i can't make it to them. I have been with them since i was 13, and they understood my situations and delivered.
Very organized with Covid vaccinations. They couldn't have been nicer. Will definitely be back for future health needs, prescriptions, etc.
