Incredibly friendly and helpful. Needed driveway for property up north and couldn't get anyone to call me back. Not only did they answer the first time I called they answered every question I had, walked me through how best options, worked patiently with my timelines being that I am not there every day and weather played a huge factor. Jen has been my contact there from the start and she even helped me find a local excavator to help spread the concrete. Highly highly recommend. You can't go wrong.

We have always stayed loyal to Briggs for any of our landscaping needs because of their outstanding customer service. When we first moved here from out of state, they were the only company who treated us with respect. A couple of other companies treated us rude because we weren't from around here. So thank you Briggs for giving exceptional customer service across the board even if you are from the area or a transplant. We have plenty of landscaping projects in the works and will continue to purchase through them only.

Great prices! I also believe they are Christian owned, which I try to do business with as much as possible. It's one thing to be a Christian & own a business, as I am & do online business. It's entirely different to own a "brick & mortar"business and advertise outside of your business that you're a Christian. I think it's wonderful!!

DONT BUY FROM HERE. They are dishonest. They Lied about being available saying they were out of town when I had a customer service issue. I Bought fill and what was delivered was full of plastic garbage. When they dumped it on my house and fence they wanted to argue that it was something other than their mistake even though they had already delivered 6 loads without incident. Bottom line they are not trustworthy.

Briggs had exactly what I needed for my landscaping project. Hannah was great to work with and my delivery is for tomorrow so that was a great surprise to be able to start executing my design for my yard. Definitely recommend Briggs.

Thanks for removing this large tree from the rail trail during the 2020 flood at no charge!

Great service, and staff. They helped us with info for building a road on our property, and even delivered after business hours even though we were a bit far for their location. They also had the best prices around for rip-rap and crushed cement.

I had my landscaping rocks delivered just hours after walking into the showroom. Lady at the desk was very helpful and kind and the price couldn't be beat. Ill be back again.

Great place for all of our landscape needs. Staff is friendly.
