For the second visit to my daughters dermatologist we were AGAIN treatly rudely when we arrived 2 minutes late after being directed to the wrong place by the entrance desk. This is after a 1 hour drive to get here. We have now been waiting 30 minutes to see the doctor. The doctor is fine once you get in to see her.. but hoping to find someone closer to home with a friendly office.
Friendly, knowledge staff. Imaging and Lab well staffed, very short wait time. Outstanding, knowledgeable, and professional Medical Assistants and Doctors. Free valet parking added bonus.
This is an excellent branch of Brigham and Women's Hospital. It's more convenient than going to Boston and has the same doctors, but. free parking.
They say they are open from 8:00am but you can’t get a phone call through. They never update their hours online but just let patients wait. It’s very unprofessional. I wish they would put patients first again and be available to help emergencies. But they no longer do sadly.
Great doctors, very easy to get to. Reasonable valet parking rates, or park yourself.
9 men employed as parking attendants ALL standing in the parking area talking to each other AND 30 yes I counted parking spaces blocked off with tall orange plastic cones. Why can't the visitors park for themselves? The cost of 9 employees contracted, union, or not, working or not, increase the cost of medical care for patients.
Great Dr's and friendly staff. Rehabilitation Department is good. They are very helpful and knowledgeable.
The people and the care here may be fine. But the customer service is criminal. My wife waited two hours for her colonoscopy. My son has been waiting 90 minutes for an ultrasound and it’s looking like two hours. Do NOT put yourself through this. If you do - and they do the same to you - let them know it’s unacceptable. If a patient shows up 2 hours late do they get to be seen? Of course not. Expect more from our HC system. Demand more. Otherwise we just keep spending more money than any other country for worse care. I highly recommend not scheduling an appointment with the radiology dept at 850. Respect yourself and your time enough to go somewhere else - because I assure you, this facility does not respect you.
I go here to see a pain management specialist. They're very busy all the time but the doctors are good.
The Lab at first floor people uneducated and rued , They ask patients to know what kind of lab test u want instead of look to the computer and you know your job is to find it , unfortunately they all have no experience.
