Bright Horizans Pediatrics - Mario Borlongan Jr MD

I recently had the privilege of my daughter being under the care of Dr. Mario Borlongan, and I cannot express enough gratitude and satisfaction with his exceptional medical expertise and compassionate approach. Dr. Borlongan is an outstanding physician who truly goes above and beyond in providing top-notch care to his patients. From the moment I walked into his office, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming environment. Dr. Borlongan's friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease, and he took the time to listen attentively to my concerns. His ability to create an open and comfortable atmosphere allowed me to discuss my daughters medical history and current issues in detail. Dr. Borlongan's diagnostic skills are truly exceptional. What sets Dr. Borlongan apart is his genuine concern for his patients' well-being. He took the time to address all of my questions and concerns, ensuring that I felt heard and valued as a patient. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Mario Borlongan to anyone in need of exceptional medical care. His expertise, compassionate nature, and patient-centered approach make him an outstanding physician. Under his care, I felt confident and supported, and I am grateful for the positive impact he has had on my health. My son was only 3 when we have Dr. Borlongan and now he is 16, honestly, Dr. B is a really good, nice and a reputable doctor. I gave him 2 stars only because his staffs are rude esp those answering the phone. I had patience dealing with them for a long time- until my last call and I finally gave up. It was brought to Dr. B’s attention a long time ago but nothing has been done. I also referred a lot of friends to Dr B, but after 1 appointment, they said, they will never go back because of the rude assistants. Well, it’s time for us to find a new doctor… sorry Dr B, it’s not you, it’s your staff!!!

My son is almost 4, Dr Borlongan has been his only Dr. HE IS FANTASTIC!!! He's so loving and caring. Doesn't treat my son like hes just another patient, we are treated like family. 5 stars just doesn't cut it for the care that is given. The whole staff is fantastic! Even the ladies up front i couldn't be happier.

We've been going here a couple of years. I never bothered to read the reviews. The doctor is amazing and the nurses who come in and do the preliminary vitals are friendly. I have noticed the receptionists aren't very friendly. That does factor in to some extent, but in the end we're not going there to hang out and socialize with receptionists - we go for medical care, and it has always top notch.

Dr. Borlongan is an amazing pediatrician. He takes time to listen to concerns and is very thorough. I feel he truly wants to care for my children and takes their health seriously. We found Dr. B because we were at a loss with other doctors and feel very lucky that not only is he vastly knowledgeable from years of school and experience but that he is kind to all of us. Each visit he makes my children feel comfortable and seems to truly have their best interest at heart. He is great at making sure I understand diagnosis and furthermore treatment or care. I would recommend any frustrated parent that has been brushed off or is seeking answers to his practice.

My children have been seen at his practice since they were born. They always make room for same day visits when my kids are sick. Sometimes that means I wait in the office longer then normal but they’re allowing me to come when the days already filled. He’s always been nice and greets my children during appointments. Staff is friendly and remember us

If you care about your children in the slightest, take them elsewhere. If professionalism and customer service matter to you, look elsewhere. If you want a doctor who will only see his patients for "well visits" and will turn you to Urgent Care or Phoenix Childrens Hospital at any chance he gets, then this might be the doctor for your little ones. He will be out of the country on vacation most weeks of the year, and will make you feel like a terrible inconvenience for asking any questions about your childs health. Oh, and the front office is trash as well... Go ahead, give them a call ! They prob wont answer

I have to jump on the bandwagon. I had Dr. Borlongan for both my children. He was absolutely great. The lady in the front is rude, and seems miserable. I also requested my kids shot records multiple times and received a copy of the incomplete ones each time. Then was also told that their system was down for 3 days in one week's time. I am surprised they are still there, especially with this many negative reviews.

The first visit I had to call out of state to get my kids' medical records because that isn't something the blue haired girl behind the counter does. I checked the fax that was sent and confirmed that it was my kids. He then talked about my daughter's growth while brandishing my son's growth chart. The second visit they claimed they didn't have any information about my kids and claimed that we'd never been there. Then decided that since we don't know what shots she'd had we'd better just give her all of them. At this point I'm too scared to try a go back or try to find a new doctor. They've only been to urgent care since then.

The Dr is always smilling and that's it , the staff they are supper rude and not professional, they have that miserable look. i even can't ask them a question about any information or concern cause they would be upset. I had moved to another pediatrician couple years ago and so happy i did. I wonder why he still keeping them , there is tons of nice and great nurses out there
