Utilizing a 1 teacher to 4 children ratio in an infant homebases, 1 teacher to 5 children ratio in our toddler program, 1 teacher to 7 children in our twos program and 1 teacher to 11 children in our Pre-school program is how we ensure personal interactions and prime times happen between staff and children.
