Phenomenal staff and experience. Dr. Jackson was quick and proficient. Cely did a great job. All staff Sarah, Lisa, Michael and Bethany are all very friendly and personable. Great job!!!!
Do not USE. Dr Jackson seen me twice on couldn't discover which tooth was given me problems. Went to a real doctor fir have the cost problem was fixed. Staff was all about the money not the person. Make sure you understand this is a Corp dentist not a private practice. BE AWARE
A little disappointed actually, It was my 1st appointment with Bright Now! And I expected the usual x-rays and normal check up , got the x-rays alright but really not an actual check up,no checking gums for periodontal disease, pretty much a yup you need crowns and that was it. I asked if they were going to clean my teeth, they said they don't have a dental hygienist so to have your teeth cleaned you have to have the crowns done and then the dentist will clean your teeth. Just dealing with any Doctors has become a nightmare. It made me feel like just because this is a retirement community doesn't mean all of us have 1 foot in the grave, my appointment didn't seem important to them.
Office was diligent and thorough. Did not insist on doing new xrays after reviewing the xrays from my prior dentist office. They listened intently and respected my input. I hope they get a hygienist soon. . Both Dr Jackson and the dental assistant were attentive to my concerns. First cleaning there yesterday 8/7/23 New hygienist Lupita is great, gentle thorough. The office is peaceful with light music in the background.
Had bridge replacement, January 2023, sàwed, pulled, hammered to take the old one out, and sawed, pulled and hammered to get the temporary off. The new bridge was not done properly and broke off August 2023. Would not recommend these people to my worst enemy. Certainly would never go back, in fear of what further damage they might do. As for exams they will come up with something you need to have done, Beware.
Aubrey did my dental cleaning and was great. Very thorough and open to me having questions or doubts. She made my experience well enough to give them more than 1 star. However, this was my second time there and only do give it a second chance. The dentist has HORRIBLE bedside manner. Rude. Ignorant. Thinks he’s better than the rest. Lisa was ok. Not the greatest nor the worst. There’s a sign in the lobby that is HIGHLIGHTED “fully vaccinated people no longer need to wear a mask or physically distance in any non-healthcare provider” yet, she made me and another patient wait outside while it was raining . After I spoke with her and asked if I needed to take anything she said no. She could of let me know right then and there. I have definitely told people to NOT come here!! Will be seeking a second opinion before giving them another penny.
I really liked the new hygienist, she was very personable and professional. Dr. Jackson is awesome!! All dentists should have hands as gentle as his.
No issues at all. The service was very good. I was kept informed, we discussed the pricing prior to the x-rays and examination. Staff were friendly and helpful and I felt very comfortable. We also discussed future treatment and the pricing was provided. No surprises.
