My first visit there about 6 months ago was my decision to go back and make this place my permanent dentist. I care very much about my teeth and have had the best experience there. The equipment is all new and the staff are so welcoming and I mean every single one of them. The dentists there talk to you and explain everything from start to finish. With all this being said, the prices are quite reasonable too! I highly recommend them as everyone there made me feel welcomed and my teeth look great!!!! Thank you for all you do

First off they don't answer the phones. If you do get a hold of them they blast the TV loud in the office and you can't hear when you're trying to talk to them. Rude receptionist. The doctor will smile in your face and backstab you with  extra prices later on after your insurance will approve everything .they just want to add on cost  out of your pocket. I had an emergency procedure I had to get taken care of and they just gave me the runaround. If you're poor and disabled like me and on  medical , disabled or elderly  be very careful they will try to overcharge you. They also messed around with the scheduling and I saw them do the same thing to some poor disabled person in a wheelchair there .

Great customer service. The appointment took a little longer than expected but everyone, literally every staff member, made it very comfortable. They worked with me on the total cost and the doctor walked me through the entire process during my tooth extraction. So much better than my previous dentist. Highly recommend!

Great experience. Dr.Vince is wonderful and professional. He tells you everything that he is going to do and makes it as pleasant as possible.

Dr Shannon Blaine is the sweetest , all the staff is really nice. It made my process much easier having all you need in one location. I’ve tried a bunch of dentists in SCV and they are hands down the best choice. Professional , educated and kind. Thank you bright now

Beware of their charges and empty statements. I had a cavity filled few months back for a sensitivity and I still have the issue. There are better dental providers are available at the affordable cost.  Don't recommend.

My bf kept getting infected teeth during pandemic . Opted to have teeth removed with temporary dentures so he could get implants. They said he would be put under.  1500 paid to have  gums shaved down as this was supposed to help . On the day there was NO anesthesiologist...he was NUED and forced to hear 23 of his teeth ofis teeth broken while awake. Dentures did not fit! He went back to have them adjusted and dentist said I can't adjust anymore. NO REPLACEMENT NOTHING FOR THEIR FAULT. DO NOT GO HERE. Thanks for reply back now as we contacted your offices MULTIPLE TIMES..2 years later...and sorry for the experience is all you have to say

I had my best dental experience at Bright Now! Dental - Santa Clarita. The front desk person was very accommodating and made comfortable during my waiting time and in my entire stay. I am not a resident of Santa Clarita but I just stayed there due to travel restrictions and their clinic was very accommodating and took care of my concerns. They were also very transparent of the costs before doing any treatment and offered me options. How I wish I can go back there for my dental appointments.

Doctor's and staff were all amazing. I'm definitely taking my family and myself back. The only setback was how long our appointments took. We were 15 minutes early for our appointment as requested, but weren't admitted until 30 minutes after our appointment time. We were each there for 2-3 hours to get exams, cleanings and fillings. One of my kids actually left and came back and I was still in my appointment and I only got 1/4 of my treatment completed. I think they definitely need to bring in more dentists to help speed things along.

Fantastic So excellent. People are wonderful and their dental work is always amazing. Thank you again for a job well done.
