In 2020 I had the extraction of my wisdom teeth with this guys, the experience was horrible because of the waiting time, I don’t understand why they make appointments if the don’t even respect the times, I just change my fantasy because they are rude and they don’t respect your time. Is insane and this was each single time, I finished my business because they are really bad, but surprise 3 years later I got calls from them trying to said my insurance didn’t pass… ????? It was 3, years ago, yes but we have time to claim the money da da da, they was trying to charge $80. I told my husband because he takes care of insurance and when they callback again the woman was pretty upset about he taking and was me asking to send us to collection and we are stealing and a bunch of rudeness, by the end my husband called the insurance and guess what, nothing was owed to that trashy place, they put them in the call and that said was a mistake we are sorry, we was auditing. Personally they can get people who know the job and talk with insurance before than call a costumer like that, I think they are the thieves and my advise is avoid this place no matter what, they don’t deserve eve 1 star

Dr.Hector was Excellent: I have been a patient at this office for 15 years. My Dental Hygienist appointment was canceled for the second time at the last minute and this is unacceptable Professional Behavior: The office contacted me when I was pulling up in the parking lot area. I was not notified within 24hrs from Bright Now Dental office. I live to far for this to continue to happen at this Dental office. They need to have at least two Dental Hygienist on site in case of emergency Thank you

Had to schedule an emergency visit for my 9 y/o. Staff was very helpful with scheduling, in dealing with him being scared of the procedure, and in explaining billing. Wait time was short for this early morning appointment.

If I could give them a 0 I would. Let’s begin my journey I went in cause I had a broken tooth  and two infected teeth and instead of treating it they said I needed to wait and take antibiotics. They prescribed also ibuprofen but that wasn’t helping I called the 24/7 emergency line several times and I wouldn’t get a response. Eventually they took pity on me and prescribed Tylenol 3 mind you I had 3 bad teeth. They finally give me my appointment and because of the pain I’m in my blood pressure is a few numbers up, I explain to them that it’s because I’m in pain and rather than let me wait for the pain to pass they give me a letter to take to my primary care doctor to be cleared. I hate this because I am in pain and they did nothing to help. They care more about the money than anything sure at first when you show up and they tell you what you need they’re nice and once you tell them you can afford it they don’t take you as serious. Not to mention I asked for the tooth to be extracted and they kept asking me multiple times to re consider. I know what I wanted and could afford but they didn’t respect it. Do not go here to get service this is a dentist chain company that cares more about the money than the people.

It's almost impossible to get a call back from the manager Ingrid as I have been trying to get a concern resolved since last week 2 weeks ago Friday and three times I have been told she would call me back since she was busy with patients but still no return call. Once I spoke to her and she said she would call me back herself.  Still waiting...very disappointed with management.

Excessive waits - it takes over 5 weeks to see a hygienist for a simple cleaning.  Also, they don’t accept cash, so if you don’t use banks or have credit cards with high limits, a huge inconvenience for you.

Honestly horrible ! Service . I regret so much getting my braces with this company . They made everything look so easy , having the appointments at our best convenience. Prior to getting my braces I explained that my working schedule was going to make it very difficult for the appointments how ever they made it seem they could make everyone’s schedule work around . I definitely can’t wait to removed them off . You can’t schedule more than 30 days ahead then they only have orthodontist on Fridays . Costumer service is horrible , they need to get a better phone or some one else that answers the phone I had to scream over the phone for an appointment.

Staff needs to smile make you feel welcome . And communicate better with Patients wait and rooming too long.

Furst time visitor..process went smoothly and staff explained costs as well as alternative options to finance Great atmosphere and friendly helpful staff.

It’s exasperating how unfriendly and unprofessional the front office staff is .. most o the docs and tech personnel are ok.. i know I know good help is sooo hard to find
