I had a tooth crack on a Friday night and impressive to find a dentist who is open on Saturday. The Bright Smiles office was but only open but great! The dentist and staff are professional, accommodating, caring and great follow up. Highly recommend.
It’s always a dental emergency that gets me in to a dentist.. I move around a lot and I not a regular. They fit me in on a Saturday when I called and addressed all my concerns. Dr. Z and Stephanie are the best!! Hard to find a good dentist these days who cares and will walk you through step by step the plan of action. Reasonable prices and overall great experience! Thank you!!
I had a dental emergency and couldn't find a dentist open on a Saturday in my area. I google searched within a 100 mile range and found Bright Smiles. The young lady that answered the phone was very accommodating and was able to schedule an appointment for me on a Saturday and I was very glad because I didn't think I could go another night with such excruciating pain. I was received with such professionalism and Doctor Z and his assistant Destiny were both very kind and gentle with my entire procedure. They were able to assist with my emergency. I am so pleased and happy that I chose Bright Smile, the entire staff was a pleasure to work with. I strongly recommend this practice, you'll be very happy with the quality of service.
My mother has no dental insurance and she was in need of a root canal for 2 molars. After calling many places to get prices around $2000 for each root canal, “Bright Smiles” was the only place that told me that they will first take a look at my moms teeth for free and then give me a price. Turns out my mom only needed 1 root canal and the price they gave us was 40% less than other places. All the staff was very welcoming and the endodontist root canal specialist was very professional. But what I loved the most was the honesty about treatment.
Place is run by an incompetent office manager, Venky who is the dentist's husband. They bombard you with text messages and phone calls to verify your appointment even though you replied yes to previous texts. When confronted about this , the office manager refuses to take accountability. A couple of times, I have been billed incorrectly which appears to be a problem based on other reviews. The positive reviews are a result that when you walk in, there is a "wheel to spin for prices" to leave a review. When you go, you will see the wheel. Of note, my kids used to go there but changed to another practice due to not the best bedside manners. to follow-up on your response: I never used foul language unless you consider inept and incompetent as foul language and by the way the office manager refuses to talk to me preferring to hide behind text messages and emails. Like I stated previously, lack of accountability and a spine
My past two visits have been a breeze. Staff was very friendly and supportive! I drove over an hour and a half here and I definitely think it’s worth it. I definitely recommend coming here if you need dental work done, they’re the absolute best!
It’s been a while since I’ve been able to find a good dentist. I had a tooth crack on Saturday and Bright Smiles was the first place I called because very few dentists stay open on Saturdays. Overall I had a great experience. I ended up having to get a root canal. As uncomfortable as a root canal sounds, they made it as pain free and smooth as possible. Honestly a good experience which is surprising to say for an invasive procedure. Also, Stephanie is cool. She put up with me being talkative and asking a bunch of questions. She also made sure I was comfortable and really seems to care about her patients in a real way.
I was in immense painwords cannot describe it with the decay of one of the teeth. I needed it to be removed immediately and i contacted bright smiles in the evening and Stephanie at the front desk who is amazing! responded straight away and assigned the doctor next day in the mrng. When i went there the process was smooth, they were really attentive ,answered all my questions and made me at ease. The surgery was pretty smooth and i didnt feel any pain. I would really recommend them and i would be going back again.
I started my braces treatment at Bright Smiles with Dr. Sangeeta Venkatesh a couple of years ago and I'm blown away by the results I've seen. Dr. Venkatesh's attention to detail and expertise have helped me make amazing progress towards achieving the perfect smile. She's always been patient with me and makes sure I'm comfortable during every visit. She's also really friendly and approachable, which makes the whole experience even better. The staff at Bright Smiles is also fantastic. They're always welcoming, accommodating, and make scheduling appointments a breeze. It's clear that they prioritize patient satisfaction and comfort. Since starting my braces journey, I've noticed a significant improvement in my teeth. I feel more confident and proud of my smile, and it's all thanks to Dr. Venkatesh and her team at Bright Smiles. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Sangeeta Venkatesh and Bright Smiles for anyone looking for exceptional orthodontic care. Their professionalism and kindness make for a great experience, and the results speak for themselves. Thank you, Dr. Venkatesh and the Bright Smiles team, for making my braces journey an amazing one. I'm so grateful for all that you've done for me and I'm excited to see my progress continue.
I was super nervous because I haven’t been to the dentist in a really long time and I’m petrified of dental work, but everyone was so nice and I’m definitely going back. We scheduled a cleaning for both my husband and me before leaving.Dr. Z is the best
